Conversations with Lauren Eyer

Today we’d like to introduce you to Lauren Eyer.

Hi Lauren, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I’ve always loved jewelry. I have photos of me under the age of one playing with jewelry. I had my first baby in January. It was a culture shock being a stay-at-home mom. I needed something to do other than take care of my new baby; I’m so used to working in an office. I had so much downtime and needed to find some extra income, so I thought why not make some cute, affordable, personalized jewelry!

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It definitely ebbs and flows. Making the bracelets are the smooth part- I love making jewelry. The downside is trying to get my name out there.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
Doing jewelry is just my side gig/hobby. For my full-time job, I’m a customer advocate for an engineering firm. I help my customers and let them know when their repairs are complete. I love helping others.

So maybe we end on discussing what matters most to you and why?
