Today we’d like to introduce you to Glenn Gizzi.
Hi Glenn, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
I like creating things, working with my hands, problem-solving and giving that all to my clients and friends. I started building things professionally for a close friend and one thing lead to another. Here I am.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
For the most part, I couldn’t have been luckier or more blessed and fortunate with clients. From the restaurants or businesses I’ve worked with, to the neighbors in our very own community we’ve worked with. The main challenges have been crazy inflation problems recently. Other than that, I’ve been luckier than I deserve.
As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
Most often, I take an idea of a build that a client comes to me with after they have looked around and can’t find exactly what they want. My goal is to deliver exactly what they have in mind or create something even beyond that with them and then build and deliver their dream piece. I’m mostly known for my custom work. My ability to create and build in any style and design type.
What makes you happy?
My wife Jenny, my three radical kids and our close friends and family. Guitars and amps, Cigars, whiskey, beers and bonfires.
