Hidden Gems: Meet Noah Inhofer

Today we’d like to introduce you to Noah Inhofer.

Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
After spending seven years as a professional Mixed Martial Artist, I moved to Hawaii and started a gym, a fitness equipment company called HELLE Fitness, and a corporate wellness company. I LOVE helping people, and being a lifelong athlete gave me the knowledge to do just that. As a result, I have documented over 10,000 pounds of fat loss for my clients. After my daughter Waverly was born, I realized I needed a career change to spend more time with the family. I sold my gym in a week and within three days was under contract on my first investment property. I was immediately bit by the real estate investing bug.

Since then, I have flipped several properties and built a small investment portfolio. The best part is I was able to help several people generate multi-generational wealth through the power of real estate. After getting pregnant with our second child, Ziggi, my wife and I decided to chase real estate deals across the country. After a few years and getting licensed in multiple states, we picked Longmont, Colorado, as our home. My business-savvy nature and deep-rooted drive to help others have been a catalyst for my success in the local real estate market.

I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey have been a fairly smooth road?
I have experienced success in every market I have worked in. I attribute this to my mental and physical toughness. Being a professional Mixed Martial Artist and training in the toughest gym in the united states taught me to handle massive amounts of stress and still have a smile on my face. Anything is more manageable after you spend 7 years fighting people for a living. My never give up attitude and business-savvy nature have allowed me to help people experience success in the world of real estate and beyond.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
I am Colorado’s own Real Estate Hippie! Most people are pretty surprised when they meet me for the first time. I don’t look the part of a traditional real estate broker as I am dreaded, bearded and tattooed. I specialize in serving people! That is it! Last month I went to a clients home for the first time. I knocked on the door, the client answered and quickly told me that the Peloton bike goes upstairs. I said I am Noah. It took her a second to connect the dots. She surprisingly said your Noah? After talking with you on the phone and knowing how knowledgeable you are, you are not what I expected. I am comfortable in my own skin and don’t feel the need to pretend I am something I am not. I don’t wear suits or fancy shoes, I know nothing about fashion, I know real estate and how to help people!

If you had to, what characteristic of yours would you give the most credit to?
I have an indomitable mindset. My mindset is an anchor for people around me. My mindset comes from many years of mixed martial arts, wrestling, and jujitsu. When you compete in combat sports, you can NOT allow a single thought of anything other than success to cross your mind. This has been a massive factor in my personal success, and I love sharing it with others. When things get hard, it is not time to slow down; it’s time to find a solution and keep moving toward your goal!
