Inspiring Conversations with Lauren Gleba of The Wendling Group with Your Castle

Today we’d like to introduce you to Lauren Gleba.

Hi Lauren, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
I moved to Colorado in 2016 after growing up on the East Coast. I have spent the vast majority of my career in Food, Customer service, and Management. Real Estate has always lived in the back of my mind and I finally decided to take the plunge in 2021. I discovered working with food was always more of a hobby and I needed something more fulfilling career-wise.

I was involved in the process of buying a house in 2020 and everything about that experience told me I should be listening to that voice in the back of my head. I’ve always enjoyed working with people and knowing I can play a part in one of life’s biggest stepping stones brings me fulfillment. I recently joined The Wendling Group under Your Castle Brokerage which I started working with in January and I’ve never been happier!

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
The road has come with its challenges, but all of it has been worth it. The biggest struggle I have encountered has been stepping out of my comfort zone. I’ve always been in a stable work environment knowing where my next paycheck is coming from, but this career comes with a lot of unknowns, You have to stay consistent, believe in yourself, and never give up.

I am thankful to have a great support system within Your Castle and to learn from some of the best in Colorado. I know there will be plenty more hurdles in this career and I intend to grow from everyone!

Thanks – so what should our readers need to know about you and The Wendling Group with Your Castle?
I am a full-time residential realtor in the Denver metro. Being newer to this market, I am still discovering what area I want to focus on. I have a strong connection with first-time home buyers and hope to grow my business there. I am known for being trustworthy in the advice that I give and want to make sure all of my client’s goals and dreams are met.

My team, The Wendling Group has a slogan of “Trust, Value, Comfort” and that is the experience I want to provide. This business is built on referrals and I want to make sure I am building friendships along the way!

Do you have recommendations for books, apps, blogs, etc?
I enjoy listening to podcasts pertaining to Real Estate trends, Social media presence, Women in Real Estate, Entrepreneurship, and Self-love! I am thankful to have resources within my team, my friends, and training classes!
