Today we’d like to introduce you to Courtney Olson.

Courtney, before we jump into specific questions about the business, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
Being a Denver native, Courtney believes that Colorado is the best place in the country to live and work. She came to the real estate industry early on, getting her first job in high school as a receptionist at a local real estate office. After working in a variety of positions and learning the back end of the business, she was recruited by a title company. Courtney worked as a real estate closer for several years, earning the honor of closing of the year in 2005. She realized that her passion was assisting clients as they navigate the complex and overwhelming buying and selling process.

Courtney understands and can anticipate the challenges that may arise when buying and/or selling a home. Her knowledge of the industry, the Denver market, and her meticulous and thoughtful nature are key qualities that assist her in representing her clients. Courtney prides herself on having highly satisfied clients who stay in touch with her even after closing. These relationships result in the ultimate compliment… referrals. She is focused on ensuring that her client’s needs are met throughout the process and beyond. Courtney treats every client with unquestioned integrity, attention to detail and constant communication.

In 2016 Courtney formed The C.O.R.E. (Courtney Olson Real Estate) Group to help more people achieve their real estate goals. We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
Must possess a strong work ethic, determination and a never give up attitude! Believe in yourself and those around you! I have an incredible amount of gratitude for my clients that believed in me along the way… their belief helped get to where I am today! It was not easy but I didn’t give up!

Do you think there are structural or other barriers impeding the emergence of more female leaders?
In my business, there are far less female leaders than males. I am proud of what I have accomplished!
