Life & Work with Chophaus Incorporated

Today we’d like to introduce you to Chophaus Incorporated. Them and their team share their story with us below:

Chophaüs began as four young scrappy musicians fresh out of high school, jamming out in the basement. Nathan Ebel on vocals and guitar, Devlyn Dragonfly on guitar, Orion Clark on bass, and Taylor Kingsley on drums. Soon realizing we had the aspirations to play, we took to the stage. From playing humble house shows to popular venues, we’ve made many friends along the way. Thanks to them, we’ve been able to build a following in the Denver area! We’ve spent the last few years cultivating a fully original sound that blends the past and the present through heavy riffs and slick rhythm. After years of preparation, we are looking to release our first album.

I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey have been a fairly smooth road?
It’s been a bumpy ride for sure, sometimes driving many miles in the snow to house shows, to finding a place to practice. We found solace in our music and our incredibly supportive community, which has powered us through to where we are today.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
We specialize in rock and roll. Our pride lies in the shows that we’ve played and the fanbase that we have grown over the last few years. We are also super stoked on the music we already have released on Spotify and other major streaming services, and the album we are currently working on! Chophaüs focuses on bringing the energy and the fun to the stage.

Is there any advice you’d like to share with our readers who might just be starting out?
Have patience and stay consistent. Remember to enjoy the process! It’s easy to get caught up in the logistics of things, but you just have to focus on what drives you to play music in the first place.
