Hi Anza, thank you so much for sitting down with us again. For folks who might have missed our initial interview, can you start by briefly introducing yourself?
I am a Life and Business Design Strategist and founder of the 6-Figure Life & Business Blueprint. I help women replace their income from their 9 to 5 by building a 6-figure business that creates a flexible family lifestyle. Since COVID hit in March 2020, I saw the need to help women create businesses that allowed them to be home with their kids and be present while virtual schooling was occurring. As a mom of four kids, I know firsthand what it is like to have your income vanish through no fault of your own. I owned a mortgage business from 2004 to 2008, when the industry crashed. When the economy takes a hit, we need to protect ourselves by having multiple streams of income. When it became apparent that my mortgage company wouldn’t survive, I took my last $27 to start my online business. It was a new venture and I had to figure things out on my own. Now, I have the pleasure of helping women fast-track their success by providing step by step processes I developed over the years.

How as COVID impacted your business?
COIVD has been great for my business because I know what it’s like to wake up one morning and find that the financial landscape has changed. There are a lot of similarities between COVID and the mortgage industry crash. This time, multiple sectors have been impacted. It has allowed me to help women retool, re-engineer, and reinvent themselves to build a business that provides time, locations and financial freedom so they can focus on the things that are most important to them by building a business based on their passions, skills and past experience.

Why did you feel the need to pivot your business response to COVID?
The beauty of being an entrepreneur is that you can respond to needs in the marketplace very quickly. When businesses and schools were being shut down, I knew that many people in our community and across the world were experiencing the same sense of loss I felt more than a decade ago. I knew that I had a unique perspective that could offer solutions that would deliver quick relief for women and families. Anyone can start a successful business if they have the right tools and strategy for getting up and running. I teach all of the foundational information women need to go from idea to income so they can get back to a normal routine and provide financial stability for their families. Many women are hesitant to start their own business because it feels daunting, I help take the fear away by sharing my proven step by step systems and resources.

What type of people can you help?
I help women who need to start or scale a business. My 12-month hybrid mastermind/mentoring program walks women through each step she needs to take to build a business from the ground up. We map out a strategy based on the things that bring her joy in her life. We eliminate the things that are an energy suck and factor in her skillset and past experience. I can also help women who are having a difficult time creating traction in their business with my 90-day accelerator program by helping them create a business model that works for them. I don’t believe in cookie cutter fixes; I customize a program to work for a woman’s unique circumstances.

Why did you select this group of people?
As a Christian woman, I wanted to focus on helping women tap into their faith to build their business. Some coaches teach using affirmations and the power of the law of attraction. I believe that when we rely on God for our plans, He will help us stay true to our life purpose and core values. Praying for our business and wisdom and guidance can help acceleration our growth. There is power in prayer and in praying scripture for our needs. God wants us to be abundant, yet many Christian women struggle with a negative money mindset that limits their income earning potential. I felt called to provide space for women who want more for their business and their financial futures by gaining a new perspective on what God’s word has to say about wealth and making an impact in the world. The more women we make in our business, the more resources we can use to help others in the world.

Why does customizing a product or service matter?
There is no one size fits all when it comes to success. There will be methods that work for you, and there will be scripts that feel inauthentic to you. When you operate outside of your core values, you self-sabotage. That’s why I use my life mapping process so we can come up with a customized business and strategy that allows women to show up as their most authentic self without compromising their values or character. Trust me, I have tried every product or system on the market. I learned to take the parts that worked for me and customize them to fit my voice, my values, and my character. If you feel out of balance in any of those areas, it will be difficult to be excited about showing up and performing every day in your business.

What type of results can women expect from working with you?
If they follow the program and put in the work, they can expect to create a business that creates a sustainable 6-figure income without using sleazy sales tactics or get rich schemes. In many cases, they can see these types of results in less than 12 months if they are starting from the ground floor. When I started my first online business, I went from $0 to 6-figures in six months. It is fully possible to go from idea to income in this time frame if you lay the right foundation and have the right strategies to build an engaged audience. If she has an existing business that isn’t producing consistent results, we can troubleshoot the issue and help her generate income in as little as 90-days. Many women I work with have all of the pieces, but not the right sequence. So minor tweaking can produce big results quickly!
