Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Like all industries, real estate has cycles. When I graduated from graduate school and wanted to live in Colorado, Denver was in its worst recession. I had to work three different jobs just to make ends meet-none of them in real estate. In the boom of real estate, it may sound exciting but this also brings the challenges. Labor and prices are out of control. The quality of work is less than desired.
Alright – so let’s talk business. Please tell us about Kairoi Residential. What should we know?

Do you look back particularly fondly on any memories from childhood?
My favorite memory is my relationship with my Grandma. She taught me most of life’s lessons that I carry today- treating people with respect- all people.
