Meet Dennis Mannion

Today we’d like to introduce you to Dennis Mannion.

Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
Resilience Code was founded in 2016 by a Denver-based neurosurgeon, Dr. Chad Prusmack. Prusmack’s surgical career featured both unique testing and specialized pre and post-therapies. His passion to find the root cause of his patient’s physical injuries/pain formed his desire to expand his career into utilizing both deep testing, data and analytics, and specialized treatment modalities to allow patients to both heal and perform at their maximum performance level.

The foundation of the Resilience Code is based on deep mind, body, and blood comprehensive testing. Its goal is to reveal all of the correlated causes of its patients’ symptoms and then to rhythmically provide ongoing data to its clients to determine individualized protocols. Over time, Prusmack has used RC’s data to discover deep health-based correlations to fine-tune testing and treatment modalities. RC became profitable in 2020 and remains so. To date, the company has done very little external marketing as its clients have discipled for them leading to a robust client base.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
The resilience Code was founded with the idea that treating others appropriately, one by one, would be very rigorous. It has a big vision and with that, upfront effort and expertise came at a cost greater than its revenue initially. Over time, with an expanded client base, expanded knowledge, and careful financial planning, the company has flourished. The company is primed for expansion in 2024.

Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I come from a background as professional sports background having coo and CEO experience with the Phillies, AVs, Nuggets, Ravens, Dodgers, and Pistons. In 2017 I lost some joint function in my back and neck. The pistons trainer eventually sent me to Resilience Code where Prusmack discovered my illness was the result of chronic Lyme.

He proceed to treat me successfully and I was deemed Lyme-free in 2020. Prusmack asked me to CEO the company while receiving immersive treatment. In 2021 I returned to my home on the east coast and remain a key strategist for RC’s business. I consult several sports-based clients in addition to RC. Without a doubt, RC has endless potential to impact the healthcare industry.

What makes you happy?
Personally, seeing the high level of teamwork and the never-ending curiosity of RC at large makes everyone happy. The team is truly making tremendous health revelations for hundreds of clients needing specialized health pathways. It is quite gratifying to step into a new IP and help it flourish strategically!
