Meet Evelyn Knuckles of Evey K Fashionliner in Lone Tree

Today we’d like to introduce you to Evelyn Knuckles.

Evelyn, can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
I started originally with a Brick and Mortar 12 years ago called Evey K located first in Cherry Creek for six years and then moved to Lowry Town Center for the remaining six years. I decided that Fashion was going in another direction and that being mobile would be a new and exciting way to shop the latest fashions.

Hence, the Fashionliner was created and designed with the idea of a chic boutique on wheels with a swanky boutique feel inside with dressing room, chandelier, and wooden floors.

It’s taken a ton of work to get to this place as retail can be challenging but with my boutique following from my brick and mortar, the transition has been easier. My clients just needed to get used to the social media aspect of my business and follow where I would be throughout the city.

Evey K stands for my name and I truly love what I do as I can adjust my schedule accordingly and am involved with private styling, private parties and charity events throughout Denver and looking to grow in other states. Really the Only Way to Shop we think for the uniques experience and chic finds.

We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
Definitely, some new struggles compared to having a brick and mortar.

Determining where to park, events to attend and how to continue to make your business unique and exciting along with the weather in Denver can be tricky during Winter. We tend to do more indoor events such as pop-ups throughout those times and also online sales through Instagram and on

It definitely is a newer concept so many cities don’t know how to navigate where to park but it seems now that it’s been over four years, the idea has caused many businesses to reach out to us now to partner and corporate offices as well love the flexibility and service we bring to their employees.

Having a retail business is I believe always a struggle and I am always trying to keep the boutique enticing by always adding new emerging designers and creating that Evey K experience unlike no other in regards to service, styling, and items found on the Fashionliner.

We’d love to hear more about your business.

We cater to women who enjoy fashion and like styles that fit and look chic.

I am most proud of all of the amazing comments I receive from clients and new people when they come into the Fashionliner. Clients love the experience and the curated selection of items on the Fashionliner. Clients become friends of Evey K and such a blessing for me to be able to make women feel their best.

What were you like growing up?
I was always interested in fashion and always loved dressing other people. I was involved with the entertainment industry in Los Angeles as a Choreographer and in Public relations for The NFL – Oakland Raiders and really learned a ton about the industry of beauty.

Very outgoing, social and dancing was my passion.
