What prepared you most for owning your own business?
Previous experiences! Both Matt and I have worked for other brands both big and small. Some of the most important business strategies and lessons we’ve learned and brought to the table are from our previous experiences.

What’s your favorite thing about being a co-founder/business owner?
Flexibility, speed, and the ability to affect change! Sure we get worn out, but having a daily impact on a growing business is worth it.

If you could speak to your younger self, just starting out, what advice would you give him/her?
Matt was meant to be an entrepreneur! He’s fearless and a natural risk-taker – which is awesome (and needed when you are running a business). Myself, I’m more calculated. Leaving the corporate world was probably the scariest thing I’d done up until that point. So advice to my younger self would be to stick with, do the work, and everything else falls into place.

Alright, so before we go, how can our readers connect with you to learn more and show support?
We love talking business, coffee, and big ideas! We’d love to connect with other like-minded people.
