Meet Ceasar Smith, Kyle and Kris Colley of Read More Co. LLC in Denver Tech Center

Today we’d like to introduce you to Ceasar Smith, Kyle and Kris Colley.

Kyle, Kris, Ceasar, can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
Read More began operating in 2016.

Read More is a forward-thinking and passionate company that specializes in innovating educational curriculum that focuses on personal growth!

Additionally, we strive to add great value to peoples’ lives through books!

Read More is multi-faceted, outside of creating educational curriculum, we have developed an online platform that assists writers when constructing the book of their dreams.

Our Author Apprentice Program is a “one-stop-shop” for all things writing! We have a team of bestselling authors that work with and advise aspiring authors, as well as a group of talented ghostwriters, book cover illustrators, and editors available on our platform.

Our F.R.E.S.H. program started with a conversation we had with disgruntled parents about the downfalls in the modern education system. Parents informed us that students were experiencing a lack of self-confidence, leadership habits, and the inability to establish strong interpersonal communication skills.

From this insight, along with our own experiences with schooling, we created our first Stay F.R.E.S.H.™ leadership program!

The Stay F.R.E.S.H.™ leadership program focused on three main things: inner-confidence, leaderships skills, and public speaking.

The curriculum was designed from wisdom we gained from books that we had read.

By the end of 2018, we saw a new glaring problem. We noticed that the kids who we were educating weren’t being taught successful entrepreneurial mindsets and financial literacy.

Because of this, we opened up a new F.R.E.S.H program that focuses solely on helping young entrepreneurs develop and launch their companies.

The Stay F.R.E.S.H.™ Entrepreneur program is an 8-week course that introduces attendees to entrepreneurship and helps them to create and run their own businesses.

Each week we discussed a new business topic. Some of the topics included:

“Marketing”, “Sales”, “Branding”, “Financial Literacy”, “Professionalism”, and “Advertising”!

During these eight weeks, the young entrepreneurs were tasked with creating their own companies. They had to create a company name, the problem they are planning to solve, a logo, and one ad.

On the program’s final day, the attendees got a chance to pitch their company to a panel of top business leaders from across the Denver Metro area and the winning company was rewarded with a $300 investment into getting their company off of the ground.

We also had the distinct honor of partnering and working with the Young Americans Center for Financial Education, specifically their “YouthBiz” program.

The Stay F.R.E.S.H.™ Entrepreneur program is opening additional sessions slated to begin this upcoming fall. Teens interested in joining these next sessions can do so by registering at

The program is great for teens who already have a business, thinking about and want to start a business or completely new to the concept of entrepreneurship!

Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Yes, the road has been smooth. We have a company motto… “It’s easy.” Meaning we focus on not stressing the hardships of business and instead we focus on making those challenges fun solutions-based opportunities to grow.

At Read More Co. by reimagining what education can look like in this world, and by taking action, it allows us to be on the cutting edge of changes that will occur in our generation to education and how we go about learning.

Although it’s challenging at times to find even footing, we are most proud of creating forward-thinking educational curriculums that bring a needed change to the modern education system! This is also what sets us apart from other companies. The fact that we are going into the fire and aiming to make a change in the educational field when most people are graduating and moving far away from it.

What moment in your career do you look back most fondly on?
The proudest moment of our career so far has been hosting our first annual pitch competition for teen entrepreneurs.

We had the distinct honor of partnering and working with the Young Americans Center for Financial Education, specifically their “YouthBiz” program to host our Stay F.R.E.S.H.™ Entrepreneur program.

It was rewarding because it became clearly evident to us that what we were doing worked and is working.

Thanks to our very generous sponsor, Eastern Sky Consulting, the winner received a $300 investment to help get their business idea off of the ground!

Watching each student pitch their business idea to some of Denver’s leading business minds was truly a pinch-yourself moment and we cannot wait to scale and to host more of these events.

  • The Fall Stay F.R.E.S.H.™ Entrepreneur program costs $85 per session
  • During our presale, which last until September 15th – the Fall Stay F.R.E.S.H.™ Entrepreneur program costs just $50! The price will go back to $85 after September 15th
