Meet Maniesha “Shay” Lowe of Re/Max Professionals

Today we’d like to introduce you to Maniesha “Shay” Lowe.

Thanks for sharing your story with us Shay. So, let’s start at the beginning and we can move on from there.
After moving to Denver, I intentionally entered into the Real Estate world in 2003 as a full-time industry profesional, right before the recession.

My clients and I thank my husband for recognizing how much I would thrive in real estate especially since I fought him originally. My clients know that their interests are my first priority and that helping and protecting the consumer through a simple or complicated transaction is where I do my best work.  Every client and transaction is a new experience and requires attention to detail. The process is exciting and stressful whether our clients are relocating to a new area locally or worldwide. I love people, their personalities, contracts and negotiations.

Has it been a smooth road?
Intentionally jumping into the real estate industry at the time of the recession proved challenging and exciting. I told myself if I was going to make it in this industry that I needed to be able to provide the highest quality of service during the low times as well as the high times. Real estate is a cyclical industry and adapting is the only way to stay in business.

So, as you know, we’re impressed with Re/Max Professionals – tell our readers more, for example, what you’re most proud of as a company and what sets you apart from others.
Re/Max Professionals is all about the client experience. We specialize in statewide, nationwide and worldwide relocation. We stand apart because we stay with the client and transaction passed closing. To us, our clients expect a lifetime commitment, they know they are not a transaction. Moving from one side of town to the other is stressful enough. Moving state to state or country to country people often find themselves in less than ideal and frustrating situations, our job is to make the move as smooth as possible. Our clients become our friends and family. They know they can call us anytime on anything and we will gather the information or get them connected to the right people.  We spend time with our clients/friends: Rockies games, Summer Parties, Pumpkin Patches, TopGolf, Bowling, birthdays, weddings and more.

Let’s touch on your thoughts about our city – what do you like the most and least?
I love the diversity in Denver, the strength of the people, the various architecture, there is something for everyone.
