Today we’d like to introduce you to Alicia Osmera.
Hi Alicia, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
I’m a published Author, Speaker, Blogger, retired Respiratory Therapist, Freelance Writer, Entrepreneur, and now a new business owner.
I have been a licensed respiratory therapist for over twenty -nine years. I wrote and published my book, Terror In The North Tower in 2016. It’s a medical science fiction, a murder mystery with a twist. It will keep you grabbing the edge of your seat!

Back in 2015, I started my first blog post, and I haven’t looked back.
Now after Covid-19 and a few job losses, I decided that it was time to do my own thing. On March 7, 2023, I started Osmera Ascending Solutions. Specializing in freelance writing, blogging, content creation, and social media engagement.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way? Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Through the years there have been bumps in the road. Moving mountains has become my specialty.
I even wrote an article about moving mountains.
We shouldn’t let obstacles keep us from becoming our true selves. Every day I’m grateful to God for allowing me to wake up, and spend time with my husband, family, and friends and for letting me continue doing my passion.

My greatest accomplishment besides being married to my husband for forty-one years, raising three kids, and working and volunteering between ABATE D-10 and The Ladies Run of Colorado would be writing and publishing my book.
This June will be eight years since it’s been published. I’m working on the sequel now, and I’m hoping to be done soon.
What do you think about luck?
Luck? I’m not sure that luck brings success. Hard work and dedication to one’s craft or career bring forth success.
I reserve luck for the poker tables. I play Texas Hold’em for relaxation.
