Hi there, my name is Taiane Bozzay and I am the owner of Made by Hand Cakes. Our online cake shop is based in Denver and we specialize in creating gourmet cakes with modern designs for all types of events.

How did you get started in the cake business, and what inspired you to start your own company?
I’ve always had a passion for baking, and I’ve been making cakes for family and friends for as long as I can remember. In 2021, I made a cake for my husband’s birthday that ended up being a huge hit with everyone who tasted it. People kept telling me that I should start selling my cakes, and that was when I realized that I could turn my passion for baking into a business.
After that, I started taking my cake-making skills more seriously and began to work on perfecting my craft. I started offering my cakes to people in local Facebook groups, and the response was overwhelmingly positive. It was then that I knew that I had found my calling and that I couldn’t stop making cakes.
The joy that I get from seeing people’s reactions to my cakes is indescribable. I love being able to create something that brings people together and helps them celebrate life’s special moments. It’s an honor to be able to share my passion with others through Made by Hand Cakes, and I can’t wait to see what the future holds for our business.
