Daily Inspiration: Meet Giri Madheswaran

Today we’d like to introduce you to Giri Madheswaran. 

Hi Giri, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I am Giri. Living in Erode, Tamilnadu. When I was a kid, I used to draw cartoon pictures. Then haven’t drawn anything for years. My first sketch was my best friend’s portrait. During college days, it was her birthday. I want to surprise her with something different. I really don’t know, where this idea came from. I took her picture and sketched it. Actually, that was not really looks like my first drawing. She really can’t believe for some time that the drawing was done by me. Then I started that as a hobby. I started doing the same for all my friends and will give the sketches as birthday present. All are really happy and on seeing them I was also too happy. And I get addicted to making my people happy. That is the point where I started thinking to start an Instagram page, to make unknown people as well happy. I started Instagram page last year. But still, I am in initial stage only, I need to put extra hard work to do the things better. 

I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle-free, but so far would you say the journey has been a fairly smooth road?
Life will not be bed of roses always right. But sometimes it might be. For me, both the things happened. Initially, when I started the page, there is no much followers for the page. No support and encouragement for my works. But my friends and family supported me to continue the efforts. I just keep on improves my skill and still, I am working on it. Now I am getting some orders. 

Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
As I already mentioned I am doing pencil sketches. Honestly, I need to accept that I am not doing this with professional level of perfection. So, I can’t say I am the best to do it. But one day I will say, ‘I am the Best’. 

I haven’t gone for any classes or haven’t got guidance from anyone. I am doing this in my own way with lots of love and still, I am improving my skills.

=>Will get the picture from customer 

=>Will do sketch within 2 days 

=>Will take photo and send to client for their satisfaction. 

=>If satisfied, will put frame and make courier to the client. If not then will make changes and will do the same again.

Can you tell us more about what you were like growing up?
I am a kind of introvert person, so need to change that personality. 

Then apart from work, I am interested in chess and Rubik’s cube. But not masters in those. 

I would like to growing up these things.
