Today we’d like to introduce you to Destiny DeHaven.

Hi Destiny, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
About 12 years ago I was taking a high-level personal development course. It was 90-days of going after and getting your goals. It was a blast. Fast forward to the end of my 90-days, and a facilitator walked up to me and told me I’d make a great coach (on a future team). At the time I didn’t even know what a coach was; but after looking into it I fell in love.

I dove head first into learning different coaching modalities, while hiring coaches for myself, and building my coaching business.

I worked for 2 different coaching companies before branching out on my own and running my own coaching business. Originally, I marketed myself as a life coach, however, I found I REALLY enjoy working with fellow entrepreneurs and creatives.

Supporting someone in reaching their goals and dreams, brings a smile to my face.

I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle-free, but so far would you say the journey has been a fairly smooth road?
No, it has not been a smooth road. It was bumpy and curvy and twisty. In the beginning, I had no clue how to run a business. I went from working for myself to working for others, to having part-time jobs, to leaving coaching altogether and getting a full-time job.

There are so many pieces and parts to having a business that I got lost really quickly.

At the same time, my husband was also going through dialysis and was on the waiting list for a kidney. The number of doctor’s appointments that we needed to attend was mind-boggling. His health consumed our lives for a couple of years…I’m happy to say he got a transplant and is currently doing well.

The same can be said for my business. After learning how to set up my business correctly, cutting things back to the basics, and diving into what I love doing; I feel I am running a successful business with amazing clients. The amount of growth my clients show in a month is mind-boggling and I celebrate them.

As you know, we’re big fans of Your Magical Destiny. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about the brand?
I believe everyone has magic in them. When we find YOUR magic, YOUR purpose for running your business, and what brings YOU joy; that is a recipe for success. Business owners think that someone else’s suggestions or methods are the only way to do things, but that’s simply not true. I help entrepreneurs figure out what works best for them and their business. That’s where the magic happens.

I specialize in SRT energy clearings. I am best known for diving in deep and exposing the shadow side of our belief system. I also do not come from judgment, so having a shadow side isn’t bad…it’s human. Understanding our shadow side, appreciating it, and thanking it for showing us what we need to see is golden. It’s not about making you wrong, it’s about a deeper understanding of who you are and why you do what you do.

I can help with: overwhelm, indecision, fear around our Pandemic, past trauma, releasing emotional blocks and programs, feeling “stuck”, financial blocks, resentment and imposter syndrome.

My brand is all about you, the creative business owner. If you’re thinking right now, ‘but I’m not creative,’ I call BS. Yes, you are. Creativity isn’t just about being able to draw, or dance, or paint. Those things are creative, but there’s so much more. When you step into being a business owner, you are stepping into creativity and that’s badass.

I currently have 2 different offerings. The first is four 30-minute energy clearing sessions. We do these weekly, and we can really get a lot of that BS out of your way. The second offering I have is a combination of accountability and energy clearing. Let’s say you have a goal that really scares you and you have no idea how you’re going to accomplish it; when you work with me, we set micro goals and we do energy clearings as your belief system kicks up and gets in your way. This helps in getting what you want faster and with more ease. It truly doesn’t have to be hard.
