Community Highlights: Meet Jim Kinsey of Global Accountability Corporation

Today we’d like to introduce you to Jim Kinsey.

Hi Jim, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Twenty-three years ago, I began my video production company and through it have met incredible people with amazing stories. Along my journey, I became a chief media officer for the Global Accountability Corporation in July of 2020. After working hard to develop videos and media to build our brand, I was asked to become CEO in December 2021. Our product is called the Police Smart Card. Utilizing our patent-pending technology, citizens can ask a law enforcement officer for the badge info and receive it on their smartphone using NFC and QR technologies. This was built to help de escalate the initial interaction with the citizen while proving transparency and accountability to the public. The PSC also includes our survey feature set for citizens to leave feedback to the officer’s supervisor on how their interaction went. We believe that this new ID card for LEOs will change America for the better!

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Starting a C Corp is no easy feat! You have tons of responsibilities to keep the machine well-oiled and the people running it motivated to work hard to achieve the goals necessary to be successful. The technological challenge alone of building a web-based back end that’s bulletproof just adds to the complexity of it all!

Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
The Global Accountabilty Corporation has a patent-pending technology for verification of identity and a built-in survey feature set to report on the interaction between two people using NFC and QR technologies.

The citizens of the nation need to know that the future of policing is changing. The police badge hasn’t changed since 1845 until now. The Police Smart Card provides transparency and accountability to the people while positivity validating those who protect and serve our communities.

I specifically specialize in video production and storytelling. I’m an award-winning filmmaker and have taken my abilities to a new level of helping bring positive change to America!

What sets us apart from others is our patent. It is what will keep our competitors at bay while we refine our IP to make the world a safer and more accountable place!

I’m most proud of delivering our first police smart cards to Alpharetta, Georgia where 130 officers began using the world’s first police smart cards in April of 2022.
