Today we’d like to introduce you to Eleonora and Dillon Richardson.

Hi Eleonora and Dillon, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today.
We are Eleonora and Dillon Richardson – husband and wife photographers who love telling stories with our work.

We have 15 years of experience working internationally on high-fashion, fine art, and creative projects.

Life worked its magic and brought us together doing what we love…photography. While it is great to share a passion with someone, it doesn’t necessarily make your soulmates. But we didn’t stick around because we liked bumming camera lenses off each other, we stuck around for that very mysterious feeling that we soon found out to be love.

Since then our lives have been a blur of happiness. Not always easy and perfect, but always happy. Family, Faith, and Photography are what keep us ticking, and we are loving every moment of it.

Located in Denver, Colorado, the mountains are our home. As long as we have The Lord of the Rings, some hot cocoa, a warm fire, and each other, our hearts are full. We strive to live every day to the fullest, side by side, leading with our love and faith, capturing others’ stories while making our own.

We have three different brands for photography, two that we originally had before our paths crossed and one that we created together to offer storytelling photography for those who are in love: Engagements, Elopements, Weddings, and any meaningful moments that celebrate love.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall, and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Every project brings its own set of challenges that we must overcome, however, we welcome them as part of the journey. We would say that from the artistic side nothing is difficult if you are experienced enough and eager enough to take on another challenge.

We love what we do and we do what we love, so complex, demanding, and daring projects are most appreciated.

Something that might be a bit more tiring for creative minds is to deal with the business aspect of professional photography but even it can get truly exciting when you gain a better understanding of it all and you know why you do what you do and where exactly you want your business to be in the future.

Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
We genuinely love to create. Time spent through not only hard but smart work is what creates mastery. Having the perspective to always learn and grow with every project allows us to transcend far beyond what an obstinant mind could imagine. We want to better ourselves every day we can and exercising our creative minds while still implementing the fundamentals allows us to do this.

Our passion lies in highly creative and complex projects and we love to photograph happy people, which makes luxury destination weddings a great fit for both.

Aside from weddings, we love to work on Fashion Photography, Classy and Highly Aesthetic Boudoir Projects, and Fantasy and Fine Art Portraits.

What has been the most important lesson you’ve learned along your journey?
We can learn something new from every single person we meet and beauty can be found all around us if we know how to see it. This is a lesson we are reminded of by taking on such a diverse range of projects that take us all over the world and introduce us to different cultures, people, and circumstances.
