FIVE10 Brow & Beauty was born out of my passion for the beauty industry and the desire to create a space where clients feel confident and cared for. Like many small business owners, I started with a vision and built it from the ground up, navigating the challenges of entrepreneurship along the way.

When COVID-19 hit, the business faced immense struggles—closures, financial uncertainty, and the challenge of staying connected with clients. But through resilience, adaptability, and a focus on client relationships, FIVE10 pushed through.

Coming out of the pandemic, I made the bold decision to expand to a second location. It wasn’t easy—staffing, maintaining quality service, and growing a new client base all presented challenges. But with hard work, a strong team, and a commitment to excellence, FIVE10 continued to thrive. Today, we are focused on growth, innovation, and providing top-tier services to our loyal clients while welcoming new ones.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It definitely hasn’t been a smooth road—like any small business, FIVE10 Brow & Beauty has faced its fair share of challenges. One of the biggest hurdles was navigating the COVID-19 pandemic. With mandatory closures and safety concerns, we had to find creative ways to stay connected with clients and keep the business afloat during uncertain times.

Expanding to a second location right after COVID also brought new struggles. Staffing has been a challenge—finding the right team members who align with our vision and work ethic hasn’t always been easy. Building a strong client base in a new location while maintaining consistency in services and brand reputation required a lot of effort, marketing, and persistence.

Additionally, running a beauty business means constantly adapting to industry trends, managing operations, and ensuring clients receive top-tier services. It takes dedication, long hours, and a willingness to pivot when needed. But despite the struggles, every challenge has been a learning experience that has helped us grow stronger and more resilient.

FIVE10 Brow & Beauty is more than just a beauty studio—it’s a place where confidence is shaped, dreams are realized, and beauty is embraced in its most authentic form. Our name carries deep meaning, inspired by a lifelong friendship between our founder, Dayna, and her best friend, Adam, who was born on May 10th (5/10). Adam was the voice of encouragement that helped turn dreams into reality, and though he passed in 2019 due to Brugada Syndrome, his legacy of empowerment and support lives on through every service we provide.

At FIVE10, we specialize in expert brow artistry, advanced skincare treatments, and lash services. Our passion lies in enhancing natural beauty through skill, innovation, and personalized care. Whether it’s perfectly sculpted brows, rejuvenating skincare treatments, or customized lash services, our goal is to help clients feel like the best version of themselves.
