Today we’re excited to be connecting with Jennifer Luszczak again. If you haven’t already, we suggest you check out our prior conversation with them here.
Jennifer, thanks for joining us again. Just to level set a bit for folks who may have missed our last interview together, can you briefly introduce yourself?
My name is Jennifer Luszczak, and my brand Hair Painted by Jen focuses on elegant, bespoke hair color and dry cuts. I have been doing hair for 20yrs in Philadelphia, Fort Lauderdale and now call Denver home. Behind the chair I love giving my clients a dry cut and then painting their new haircut.
Alright, so our main goal today is to give our audience an update on what you have been up to since our last conversation. We’d love to hear how things are going and what you are most looking forward to or excited about these days.
As a L’Oreal Professionnel educator, I’m constantly trying to challenge myself. This year I decided to take the L’Oreal Professionnel Color Specialist Certification. I just completed the program and graduated with honors joining 88 others in the country.

Was there a moment in your career that you can tell us about that illustrates or demonstrates the kind of person you are, your approach, ethos, etc.
There was a time in my career while working backstage at Fashion Week and on shoots that I questioned my creative influence in the industry. I discovered during this time that talent does not always have to take form in the traditional sense. My talents take form in a less avante garde creative way. I teach efficient techniques, featuring ready to wear, effortlessly chic looks.
