Today we’re excited to be connecting with Charmaine Stattman again. If you haven’t already, we suggest you check out our prior conversation with them here.
Charmaine, we are so thrilled to be connecting again and can’t wait to hear about all the amazing things you have been up to. Before we jump into all of that, some of our readers might have missed our prior interview, so can you take a moment to reintroduce yourself?
I support and nurture you through healing connection of Spirit, Energy, Food, and Smiles. I first experienced the healing power of energy and communicating with spirit and angels early in life. I encountered life changing opportunities of feeling and seeing energy and spirit in various forms and colors at a young age. I discovered yoga and Reiki that dissipated chronic back pain. I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease and multiple food allergies hence why I apply my health experience into my personal chef service. I believe life’s peaks and valley’s have led me to my path in energy work, medical intuitive and spirit readings, and allergy/dietary focused personal chef meal prep which continues on a passionate and magical trajectory. I help people heal themselves and find this support very sacred and renewing.
Alright, so our main goal today is to give our audience an update on what you have been up to since our last conversation. We’d love to hear how things are going and what you are most looking forward to or excited about these days.
I retired from massage after twenty six years in 2022 due to my body telling me it was tired. I brought my other supportive services to the front burner; Reiki, Medical Intuitive & Spirit Readings, and Allergy/Dietary Restriction Meal Prep. My business was crickets for the first two years after I retired massage. It was scary because here I’m offering services that have been a part of my business for a long time and yet my business was struggling. I had many conversations with myself about continuing my business at all or going back to massage, even though it hurt my body to do massage, and yet I kept flowing forward. I remember the day my business started progressing is when I surrendered it all to Universe and let go of the trying to control all of it. Suddenly more client’s starting scheduling. What I’m most excited about these days in my business journey is witnessing my client’s heal themselves. The fact that I’m a part of their healing journey is continuously inspiring and something I hold very sacred.
