Today we’d like to introduce you to Judith Garcia.
Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
I began my esthetician career back in high school as a freelance makeup artist in 2014. I remember being in the cheerleading team and glamming together for prom. After I began getting booked to glam Quinceñeras weddings on the weekends. I remember being so nervous for not having all shades of foundations and concealers or face powders as the day would approach. After graduating high school I knew I didn’t want to waist time so furthering my education was a yes or yes situation. I attended college for one year in Esthetics, blessed with an amazing instructor who always saw talent and cheered for me from day one. I remember vividly her picking my brain so I would continue furthering my esthetics career after graduation. Graduated college in May of 2019 and became a licensed Esthetician as of June 2019 then I took a summer permanent make up course and became a permanent makeup artist in September of 2019. Started of as a booth renter facing multiple learning curves and regulations with sacrifices and tears of joy along the way fast forward 6 years, I am now the business owner of Elegant Beauty located in Pueblo CO. We are a full serviced beauty salon offering diverse beauty services to enhance your natural beauty.
