We’re looking forward to introducing you to Leanne Holitza. Check out our conversation below.
Leanne, we’re thrilled to have you with us today. Before we jump into your intro and the heart of the interview, let’s start with a bit of an ice breaker: What do you think others are secretly struggling with—but never say?
Many people secretly struggle with the fear that their problems are too embarrassing or insignificant to talk about. They worry that opening up will make them seem weak, dramatic, or ungrateful, especially when others appear to be dealing with “bigger” challenges. So, instead of reaching out, they downplay their pain and carry it quietly, convincing themselves they should “just get over it”. This silence can create a deep sense of isolation, where they feel unseen and misunderstood, even in a room full of people. In truth, everyone has their own inner battles, and the weight of what someone carries isn’t always visible or logical— it’s personal, and it matters.
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
I am the founder of Insightful Inspirations and The Healing Studio in Broomfield, Colorado.
I am an intuitive wellbeing coach, energy healing practitioner, and teacher for sensitive souls.
I’ve been guiding people back to their true selves through energy work and intuitive insight since 2007. My mission is to help people align with their highest potential by working with the powerful forces of intention and energy clearing.
Since I have a unique ability to perceive both energy and thought patterns, I specialize in helping others uncover hidden blocks, release what no longer serves them, and align them with their soul’s deepest desires. This work supports profound transformation, empowering those I work with to live with clarity, joy, and authenticity.
Whether you’re highly sensitive, empathic, or simply aware of your energetic nature, my classes, group healings, and one-on-one sessions are designed to give you the tools you need to protect your energy, stay grounded, and fully embrace your manifestation journey.
I am excited about the launch of my new membership site called Energy on Purpose. The Energy on Purpose Membership is a supportive space to grow, clear, and intentionally align your energy. Membership provides access to members-only guided meditations, online energy healing classes, monthly oracle readings, live group sessions, and practical tools for modern energetic health. My goal is to help members feel empowered to stay grounded, protected, and connected no matter what life throws their way.
Amazing, so let’s take a moment to go back in time. What part of you has served its purpose and must now be released?
There comes a time when certain energies, beliefs, or relationships have fulfilled their role, and holding onto them only weighs you down. For me, this is mostly old narratives about my outdated survival strategies and emotional imprints from past struggles, which once kept me safe but now keep me stuck. Their job is done and they’ve taught me what they were there to teach. Hanging onto them only creates noise in my energy field.
I know these energies must be gently and intentionally released in order to move forward. I try to remind myself that I am not betraying the past by letting go, instead I am honoring it. Releasing what has served its purpose opens space for renewal, deeper truth, and expanded possibility.
Was there ever a time you almost gave up?
There was a time in my journey when I truly questioned if any of my work was landing. I wondered if the messages I was sharing, the energy I was putting out, and the heart I was pouring into my work were reaching anyone. I recall the profound sense of speaking into a void. I wondered, “Is this even making a difference? Does anyone see me?”
Doubt crept in, whispering that maybe I had it all wrong, maybe I should shift directions, or stop altogether. But somewhere underneath the heaviness, I felt a quiet inner knowing that said, “Keep going.” That small, steady voice reminded me that healing work often happens beneath the surface, in places we can’t always measure or see right away. It reminded me that being in integrity with my purpose doesn’t require loud applause, just honest resonance. And sure enough, in time, the ripples came back. Subtle messages, heartfelt thank-yous, and clients who said, “I’ve been following your work for years, and I’m finally ready to take my healing into my own hands.” That experience taught me the importance of trusting the energy even when the outer world feels silent. The work was never lost. I was simply planting seeds.
Alright, so if you are open to it, let’s explore some philosophical questions that touch on your values and worldview. What would your closest friends say really matters to you?
My closest friends would tell you without hesitation that authenticity is at the core of who I am. They’ve watched me choose truth over comfort, alignment over approval, and depth over surface, time and time again. I don’t just talk about living authentically; I live it, even when it’s messy, inconvenient, or requires me to walk away from something that no longer resonates.
They’d say I value real conversations, the kind where masks come off and hearts are heard. I’m not interested in pretending or performing. What matters to me is that people feel safe to be exactly who they are, and I try to model that in how I show up. Whether it’s in friendship, business, or energy work, I believe authenticity is the gateway to freedom — and it’s the most powerful way we can connect to ourselves and others.
Okay, so before we go, let’s tackle one more area. What do you think people will most misunderstand about your legacy?
People may think I moved through this work with ease or unshakable confidence. But the truth is, my feelings were often deeply affected along the way. I felt the sting of judgment, the ache of being unseen, the weight of doubt. There were moments when criticism pierced straight through me, when silence felt louder than support, and when I questioned whether I was strong enough to keep showing up.
But I did it anyway. Not because it didn’t hurt, but because the calling was louder than the pain. I knew the work mattered. My sensitivity was never a weakness; it was the very thing that allowed me to hold space so deeply, to tune into the subtle, and to love with my whole heart. My legacy isn’t about being invincible. It’s about being brave enough to feel everything and still choose to rise.
