Kristina , really appreciate you sharing your stories and insights with us. The world would have so much more understanding and empathy if we all were a bit more open about our stories and how they have helped shaped our journey and worldview. Let’s jump in with a fun one: Have you stood up for someone when it cost you something?
I don’t like when people make fun on someone who is down for some reasons. Last time I was for someone who got an anxiety and couldn’t control her reaction, while people were making fun of her.. Yes, I got obstruction, but I will never kick someone who is down. This is my morale.
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
I am middle age female , who is trying to be maximum independent from everyone and everything, but this is highly difficult when you are serving in The Army. But I am still love Army like a system which every day build me and makes me stronger.
Appreciate your sharing that. Let’s talk about your life, growing up and some of topics and learnings around that. What did you believe about yourself as a child that you no longer believe?
In my childhood my mother told me that I couldn’t be a mathematician , economist. Later someone from my family told me that I couldn’t do this or that by my hands, because my hands are not for this. Only became independent I broke this stereotypes about myself.
What did suffering teach you that success never could?
I like the sentence which Nietzsche said: what doesn’t kill me , makes me stronger. When you are suffering, you could catch the reasons why you are in this position and it will give you the best experience to become stronger. Only minuses teach you something, because success only gives you one thing and this is really just satisfaction in this moment…

My biggest issue that I couldn’t wear masks. And “yes” my public version is a real me because of it…
