We’re looking forward to introducing you to Bre Bell. Check out our conversation below.
Bre, really appreciate you sharing your stories and insights with us. The world would have so much more understanding and empathy if we all were a bit more open about our stories and how they have helped shaped our journey and worldview. Let’s jump in with a fun one: What do you think is misunderstood about your business?
The biggest misconception about being a Realtor is that it’s easy. People see the nice houses, the open houses with snacks, and the Instagram reels — but behind the scenes, this career is one of the most stressful out there. According to the National Association of Realtors, most agents work 40+ hours a week, evenings, weekends, you name it. And here’s a crazy stat: about 87% of new agents don’t even make it past five years because of how tough it really is.
We’re not just showing homes — we’re marketers, negotiators, therapists, financial advisors, and sometimes even movers if it comes down to it. It’s high-stakes, because we’re guiding people through the biggest purchase of their lives. So while it might look easy from the outside, trust me — this business takes persistence, hustle, and a whole lot of heart.
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
I’m Breanne Bell — but most people know me as Bre, your Houston-to-Denver Realtor with a passion for turning real estate into more than just transactions. I help families, investors, and business owners build wealth and legacy through real estate, while weaving in my other ventures, like my bakery and fashion line. What makes me unique is that I bring authenticity and hustle into everything I do — I treat clients like family, I negotiate like it’s my own money on the table, and I’m big on building community.
Right now, I’m focused on creating experiences that blend lifestyle with real estate — from luxury market mixers to connecting clients with trusted lenders, insurance, and investment strategies. My story is all about showing people that real estate isn’t just about buying a house — it’s about building freedom, legacy, and a life you love.
Thanks for sharing that. Would love to go back in time and hear about how your past might have impacted who you are today. What’s a moment that really shaped how you see the world?
The moment I realized how much control I have over my emotions, reactions, and interactions with myself transformed how I moved through life. For years, I operated at a lower vibration, allowing external circumstances and other people to dictate how I felt, acted, or responded.
About six years ago, I faced one of my darkest seasons. I went through a deep depression at a time when everything around me was changing, and I felt I had no control over anything. My future felt uncertain, and I carried a sense of helplessness that was overwhelming.
Yet, that season became the catalyst for my growth. In facing that darkness, I gained clarity on who I was and the power I carried within. I began to understand that while I couldn’t control everything happening outside of me, I could control how I chose to think, respond, and move forward. That realization gave me the strength to not just envision a future but to actively build it.
Since then, I’ve been intentional about how I show up—for myself, for others, and for the vision I’m creating. Overcoming that period of depression didn’t just give me clarity; it taught me how to execute with purpose, resilience, and authenticity.
If you could say one kind thing to your younger self, what would it be?
Honestly, I admire her.
She was sharp—wise beyond her years—and carried a vision long before she even had the tools to build it. Even in moments of uncertainty, she moved with a quiet confidence and a deep-rooted belief that something greater was meant for her. She was a fighter, a dreamer, and a doer, even when the path was unclear.
That version of me laid the foundation for everything I am today. Her ambition, resilience, and ability to hold space for joy—even in hard seasons—gave me the strength to evolve. I’m still learning, still unlearning, still refining. But every lesson, every pivot, every breakthrough stems from the courage she had to keep going.
And for that—I don’t just admire her, I thank her. She gave me the head start I didn’t even know I needed.
I think our readers would appreciate hearing more about your values and what you think matters in life and career, etc. So our next question is along those lines. What would your closest friends say really matters to you?
My closest friends would say I’m deeply committed to purpose, family, and follow-through. Once I set my mind on a goal, I stop at nothing to achieve it. I’m not afraid of hard work or starting from scratch if that’s what it takes—I lock in, map it out, and execute with intention.
But beyond ambition, what truly grounds me is how I show up for my people. I’m a family person to the core. Whether it’s my actual family, my clients, or my closest friends, I take pride in nurturing those relationships. Loyalty, consistency, and presence—those matter to me more than anything.
I believe success isn’t just about what you build; it’s about who you bring along with you and how you make them feel in the process.
Okay, so before we go, let’s tackle one more area. When do you feel most at peace?
I feel most at peace when I’m aligned—when my mind, spirit, and purpose are in sync. That usually happens in the quiet moments after a productive day, when I’ve poured into others, stayed true to my values, and made real progress toward my goals.
I also feel peace in spaces that feel sacred to me—whether that’s spending quality time with my family, being in nature, or reflecting with God in stillness. I move fast in business and life, but peace for me is found in those grounding moments where I can pause, breathe, and feel proud of how I showed up—for myself and the people I love.
It’s not about perfection. It’s about knowing I gave my best, stayed authentic, and created impact. That’s when I feel most whole.
