Viper , a huge thanks to you for investing the time to share your wisdom with those who are seeking it. We think it’s so important for us to share stories with our neighbors, friends and community because knowledge multiples when we share with each other. Let’s jump in: What do you think others are secretly struggling with—but never say?
Acknowledging these silent struggles is the first step to creating a healthier, more empowering space for artists, models, and creatives alike.

Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?

Introduction: Meet Viper Cameron-Lovell – Building a Safer, Smarter Future for Talent

I’ve dedicated my career to creating a safe and empowering space for new and emerging talent. Through my brand and platform, I provide hands-on opportunities where individuals can gain real experience, build strong portfolios, and learn the essential skills they need—including how to read contracts, navigate bookings, and prioritize their own safety and value in the industry.

What makes my work unique is the holistic approach: not only do I help talent get booked and paid, but I also actively develop and connect them to paid events and long-term career resources. I work from the ground up, creating opportunities that actually support growth rather than exploit potential.

Many are surprised to learn I’m only 23, especially considering how much of my career was built through resilience. I started with rejection, scams, manipulation, and broken confidence. Those painful early years taught me hard but crucial lessons that I now pass on to others. Most people only see the current success—but the beginning is where everything truly took shape. That foundation is what allows me to guide others away from the pitfalls I once faced, and toward sustainable, thriving careers in the industry.

Great, so let’s dive into your journey a bit more. Who saw you clearly before you could see yourself?
The journey to where I am today was paved with sacrifice—sweat, tears, and yes, even blood. It was lonely at times, discouraging, and often required pushing through unhealthy environments. But I kept going because the end goal—the dream—meant more than the pain it took to reach it.

Today, I stand not just for myself, but for the version of me who once needed someone to believe in her. I became that someone. And I know without a doubt that my younger self would look at me now with pride, gratitude, and hope.

Was there ever a time you almost gave up?
Was there ever a time you almost gave up?

Absolutely. There were moments when rejection felt overwhelming—when I wasn’t selected, when I faced silence after auditions, and when comparison crept in. I’ve been scammed, doubted by people close to me, and struggled with self-image and confidence. The longer I pursued my path, the more difficult it sometimes became. But through all of that, I held on.

Every setback tested me—but I’m grateful I didn’t give up. Those hard moments shaped me, strengthened my vision, and reminded me that resilience is part of the journey. And today, I stand firmer in my purpose because of them.

So a lot of these questions go deep, but if you are open to it, we’ve got a few more questions that we’d love to get your take on. What are the biggest lies your industry tells itself?
What are the biggest lies the industry tells itself?

One of the biggest lies is that the industry is fair—or easy. People assume that success comes from simply being attractive, knowing the right person, or being in the right place at the right time. But the truth is far more complex.

This industry can break you down to your core. It’s not all glitz and glamour; it’s long hours, constant rejection, and an uphill battle for respect, opportunity, and safety. It’s easy to be misled, scammed, or exploited—especially when you’re just starting out. Not everyone is your friend, and not everyone has good intentions.

The reality is that it takes relentless preparation, real experience, emotional strength, and a thick skin. It challenges your confidence, your identity, and your mental health. And the person who enters this industry will not be the same as the one who emerges from it.
But if you stay grounded, aware, and passionate—there’s space to not just survive, but rise above it all.

Okay, so before we go, let’s tackle one more area. What will you regret not doing?
What will you regret not doing?

I would regret not making a real difference.

At my core, I am a teacher and a guide. My mission is to help others become the best version of themselves—not through shortcuts or unhealthy cycles, but by teaching them how to grow into experts in their own right. I strive to lead others toward real careers, not just hobbies or empty titles. I want to protect them from being cheated, mistreated, or misled by the industry or by toxic environments.

What drives me is the vision of a healthier, more empowering path—one where individuality is respected, creativity is celebrated, and people are taught how to succeed with confidence, integrity, and self-love. I’m here to help build sustainable careers, protect uniqueness, and create lasting impact.

If I didn’t pursue that purpose, if I didn’t commit to being a positive force in an industry that often forgets its humanity—I know I would regret it.
