Hidden Gems: Meet Zebulon Hahn of Master Certified RV Repair

Today we’d like to introduce you to Zebulon Hahn.

Hi Zebulon, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
My Story
I was raised on a family owned 75+ site campground and resort on Mark Twain Lake, Missouri. I spent my younger years
helping around the resort with upkeep, maintenance and small repairs.

As I matured, I gained responsibilities and began
managing the resort for 9 years. I decided to take the skills that I acquired on the resort and went into the construction field to build houses.

After a few years of that I realized my true calling and niche was with RV’s. I’ve spent the last decade working at dealerships and furthering my knowledge and education in the field.

I’ve completed hundreds of
hours of educational course to become Master Certified. Everything from travel trailers to top of the line class A’s.

I’ve come to specialize in the complexities of high-end class A units and the intricacies of their systems. I loved my younger
years on the resort and personal relationships I was able to form.

Transitioning to my own repair business allows me to
take my vast knowledge and pair it with a more personal and meaningful experience for my customers

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Working at dealerships is always been challenging as I do not agree with everything but they do. Which is led me into starting my own business where I can provide the best service for customers.

I’ve come to specialize in the complexities of high-end class A units and the intricacies of their systems. I loved my younger
years on the resort and personal relationships I was able to form. I tend to do the same with my customer base. People really seem to love my honesty, willingness to listen and understand the problems at hand, and being able to wisely approach each situation with knowledge and valuable experience in a face to face environment. Also being mobile for the customer means saving them valuable time and hassle of dragging it to a shop.

Is there a quality that you most attribute to your success?
Ability to communicate effectively to all of my customers and give them valuable and honest information
