Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
Hello, my name is Taylor and I am the owner of Tay’s Cakes. I am a wife and a mom and I love spending my time being creative and crafting. I started baking as a young girl with family and friends. My passion grew as I got older and I decided to expand my passion into a home bakery! I specialize in custom made desserts. I provide everything from custom cakes and cupcakes, to custom decorated sugar cookies, to assorted cookie flavors and more! I love learning and growing with my work and trying new techniques with my decorating!
Great, so let’s dive into your journey a bit more. What’s a moment that really shaped how you see the world?
Becoming a mom has definitely changed how I see things. I’m not only a mom but a medical mom and one of my goals in life is to give my child the absolute best life I can.
If you could say one kind thing to your younger self, what would it be?
Be proud of who you are and what you are accomplishing.

What I was born to do. With both my baking and being a mom. I know I was born to be a mom and I love every moment of it. With my baking, it’s my place to express myself and I love every moment of that as well.
