Today we’d like to introduce you to Caren Hamilton And Cailey Daluga.
Hi Caren Hamilton and Cailey Daluga, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Solis Pelvic Health began with a friendship. We, Caren and Cailey, met working in the pelvic health physical therapy world. We became good friends, drawn together by our similarities in the ways we believe the world should be treated and cared for, while bringing a space of kindness and understanding to all those we meet. In the place we were previously practicing, we noticed how care was falling short of what we felt each patient deserved. Solis Pelvic Health was born to provide the best care for all those who enter through our doors. Although we work with all varieties of pelvic health needs, we especially love walking alongside people navigating pelvic pain and the myriad of ways this can present and impact a person’s life. After finding a perfect space just a block off Main Street in Downtown Littleton, the rest of the pieces fell together as we officially opened our brick and mortar in July 2025.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Due to our strong business partnership, the road has only been a little bumpy. It has been such a gift to share in this endeavor with another human, who cares as deeply as the other about the way people are seen and heard with patient care. Small business ownership still has plenty of learning curves, late nights, and hiccups. But honestly, we are both glad to feel like the type of care we can now provide matches what we believe people deserve. In partnership, we both felt notable mental fatigue around running decisions by each other, especially in the beginning. Who knew choosing a name and logo could be so challenging? It is nice to feel some of the early business weights begin to lift, although we are not naive to the ever present nuances that lurk around every corner. At the end of the day, we can both say, we are grateful we took this road together.
Appreciate you sharing that. What should we know about Solis Pelvic Health?
Solis is a pelvic health physical therapy clinic to help address pelvic pain, bladder, bowel and sexual issues. It was created to be a breath of fresh air for people navigating difficulties associated with their pelvis. It can often feel intimidating to talk about these things and they may hang like a gray cloud over social outings, exercise experiences, or daily life. We have been intentional each step of the way to create a warm and comfortable environment to allow opportunity for change. We are both expert pelvic health clinicians, with over a dozen years of experience cumulatively. We greatly value active learning and curiosity as we work with each individual person. Solis has been designed to get people get in efficiently once they reach out, including setting up our schedule in a way that does not allow for a 3-4 month waitlist and prioritizing full hour-long sessions. We full-heartedly believe that people have the right to have their story heard by someone who both has the skill to provide change and who is honest about other pieces to the puzzle that may lie outside the scope of our practice. Our goal at Solis is to get patients “back in the sun,” and honestly, that’s what we feel walking into our own space. We love working together and providing something meaningful. We enjoy having fun and seeing the beauty of the human body at work as it learns new things and that it can change.
Are there any important lessons you’ve learned that you can share with us?
The most beautiful things in life often ask of us to show up with intense effort, presence, and clear boundaries; whether that be for the body, starting a small business, or to be in a true partnership. We have seen each of those areas grow and be challenged over the past year. For our bodies, we have learned that in the stress of something new it is important to give space for movement and self-care, allowing us to bring our best selves forward. For the business, this was not an easy road but one worth taking and putting in a lot of intention and time. Lastly, when two humans with the same drive to create something good learn to rely on each other’s strengths it can help to make the world a better place.
