Wilder Thangs began as a small creative project among friends who loved making pieces that felt personal, playful, and a little bold. What began at a table full of crafts soon turned into a space where people connected with our handmade shirts, ornaments, crocheted pieces, bracelets, and hand sewn creations.

As we continued showing up at local events and markets, we found ourselves becoming part of the community in a new way. We began supporting local schools, cheering on young creators, and building relationships with people who believed in what we were doing. Each step forward came from saying yes to opportunities, learning as we went, and keeping the joy in the work.

The road has actually been pretty smooth. We have learned new things along the way, but nothing has felt overwhelming or discouraging. The natural growth of Wilder Thangs has come from enjoying what we do, staying creative, and connecting with people who appreciate handmade work.

There have been busy seasons and moments when we had to adjust or learn something new, but they felt more like steps forward than struggles. The support from our community and the excitement around our pieces have made the journey feel steady and encouraging. Overall it has been a fun and fulfilling path.
