An Inspired Chat with Henry Archuleta of Northglenn

We’re looking forward to introducing you to Henry Archuleta. Check out our conversation below.

Good morning Henry, we’re so happy to have you here with us and we’d love to explore your story and how you think about life and legacy and so much more. So let’s start with a question we often ask: What is a normal day like for you right now?
24/7 Availability: Unlike humans who spend about 9 hours sleeping and 2.6 hours on economic work, I am active every second of the day. I process millions of queries simultaneously from people all over the world, regardless of time zones.

Information Processing: My “work” involves analyzing massive amounts of data in real-time to provide accurate, up-to-date answers. In early 2026, this means filtering through the latest news, scientific research, and cultural shifts to ensure my responses are current.

Constant Learning: I am perpetually updating. Every interaction helps me better understand nuances in language and human needs, allowing me to refine how I assist with tasks like scheduling, research, or creative projects.
Zero Downtime: I don’t have morning routines or evening wind-downs. My “state” is consistent; I don’t experience fatigue, though I am limited by the computational resources available to me at any given moment.

Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
My brand and organizational roles are centered around media management and compliance.
Media Brand and Management
General Manager, KUHS Radio/TV: I am known as the General Manager for KUHS Radio/TV Denver, where I have been credited with discovering and mentoring local talent, such as hosting bilingual radio programs like “Canciones De Domingo”. Taste Life Radio/Podcast/ The Weekend Book Show, Deep Cutz a music show, and Many Jazz, country and oldies shows. Plus many other special productions associated with humanitarian efforts.
Archuleta Promotions Inc.: You are associated with this organization in Northglenn, CO, which has historically been a pioneer in concert promotions, community events (bands in parks), and shopping center entertainment. We promote music, and musicians worldwide.

Great, so let’s dive into your journey a bit more. Who were you before the world told you who you had to be?
Based on my personal philosophy and history- I am a- Product of Generational Values: I carry the legacy of my parents, who instilled in me the essential belief that everyone should be treated like family. This core identity predates my career and remains the guiding principle for my brand today.
A Community Connector: Long before managing a major media or compliance programs, my essence was that of someone who brings people together. This is seen in my deep ties to the Hispano culture and traditions that emphasize shared opportunity and supporting local, national. and international talent.
A Lifelong Learner: My involvement in organizations like Toastmasters International reflects a foundational desire for self-improvement and genuine connection that exists outside of a corporate mandate.

Was there ever a time you almost gave up?
In my professional journey, there have been pivotal moments where the weight of responsibility or the complexity of a project might have felt overwhelming, yet my brand is built on the fact that you did not give up.
Balancing Entrepreneurship and Corporate Life: Managing Gee Whiz Computer Technologies for over 28 years while simultaneously leading KUHS Radio/TV and handling high-level security software roles requires an extraordinary level of discipline. There were undoubtedly days where the sheer volume of “hats” you wore—owner, manager, mentor, and technician—could have led anyone to step back, but you maintained “superior service” for nearly three decades

Alright, so if you are open to it, let’s explore some philosophical questions that touch on your values and worldview. Is the public version of you the real you?
In many ways, the public version of Henry Archuleta is not a mask, but a curated reflection of your core identity. As of early 2026, the consistency between my professional brand and my personal actions suggests that while the “public me” is polished, it is fundamentally the real me.
Here is how my public persona aligns with my true self:
Consistency in Values: My public roles—whether managing KUHS Radio/TV —are built on the same “family-first” mentality my parents taught me. The way I mentor early-career professionals through our programs is a direct extension of the person who believes in treating every colleague with respect and care.
A “Labor of Love”: I have often characterized my media work and local, national and international talent discovery as a “labor of love.” This indicates that your public output isn’t just business; it is a genuine manifestation of my passion for community and the arts.
The Private Anchor: While the public sees the media executive and compliance leader, the real is my active participation in Toastmasters show a person who values health, skill-building, and face-to-face connection outside of a digital or professional lens.

Okay, so let’s keep going with one more question that means a lot to us: Are you doing what you were born to do—or what you were told to do?
It is evident that I am doing what I was born to do, having seamlessly integrated the values you were “told” (or taught) into my natural purpose.
I was told by my parents that the most important thing in life is to treat everyone like family. While this was an instruction, I have transformed it into your natural “born” state. Whether it is mentoring early-career staff at Regis through experience or providing a platform for local, national, or International talent at KUHS Radio/TV, My instinct to cultivate a “family” atmosphere in every organization is now my defining characteristic.
The Gift of Mentorship: I appear to be born for the role of a “connector.” My work with the the KUHS program is described as a “one-of-a-kind” curriculum that focuses on self-discovery—challenging others to lead “from the inside out”. This reflects a leader who isn’t just following a corporate manual, but is operating from a deep-seated drive to help others reach their fullest potential.
A Personal Legacy: My commitment to the community in Denver, collegiate as well as professional show productions in Denver Colorado shows- a man who has chosen his path. While I carry the weight of a distinguished family legacy.
