Meet Ben Franck of Ironoakhomesllc

Today we’d like to introduce you to Ben Franck.

Hi Ben, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I’m a 3rd generation carpenter whose always enjoyed hard work;
from a young age I spent time on the jobsite and helped anyway I could.

When I hit those early teen years I spent my time building furniture out of old pallets and selling them for yard and garden decor.

As I grew to be in Highschool, I spent all my time in woodshop, art and drafting classes. By graduation, I was working in the trades full time and had a place of my own.

I was fortunate to have a great father, who set the foundation for who I am today; my inspiration and a shining example of what a man should strive to be.

Sadly, his life was taking by the covid pandemic; which is still heartbreaking to this day.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
The process of developing the relationships with our clients has been great.
When someone goes to build or buy a home, that’s the biggest expense of the rest of their life. If we can ease that worry by making the project as affordable and fun as possible than that has a huge impact.
When you get to work with a family for a year or more, you get to know them really well and in some cases, develop a friendship that stands the test of time.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
We are a small family owned building company that specializes in full scale renovations and quality custom homes.
We work with our clients from the ground up designing a home they love while incorporating advanced framing techniques and affordable material alternatives along the way.

What’s next?
We are hoping to start our own subdivision in the near future that allows people to build what they want and what they can afford without the mass restrictions that typical neighborhoods impose.
