Check Out Adrianna Leal’s Story

Today we’d like to introduce you to Adrianna Leal.

Hi Adrianna , thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
For as long as I can remember, I’ve known I wanted to do hair and makeup\. What started as a childhood dream gradually turned into something I pursued more seriously, leading me into training, hands\-on experience, and the early stages of building my career\. Over time, that passion has grown into a profession that I’ve now been proud to call my own for over 16 years\.

For me, this job has never been just about hair or makeup\. It’s about helping people see themselves in a new light\. There is nothing more rewarding than watching someone sit in my chair feeling nervous, stressed, or unsure, and seeing them leave smiling, standing a little taller, and feeling beautiful and confident\.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of being part of some of life’s biggest moments—from weddings and special events to everyday transformations\. Being trusted with those memories is something I never take for granted\. My goal has always been to create a calm, welcoming experience where every client feels heard, cared for, and like the very best version of themselves\.

As my business has grown, I’ve stayed true to the same reason I started: I genuinely love making people feel good\. The hairstyles and makeup are temporary, but the confidence someone leaves with can last long after they walk out the door\.

Looking back, I’m incredibly grateful that I turned my childhood dream into a career\. After 16 years, I still wake up excited to do what I love, and I can’t wait to continue helping people celebrate themselves through beauty, one client at a time\.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Like any career, there were moments when I questioned whether I could do it. I became a mom at 20 and have spent my career balancing motherhood while building a business from the ground up. Raising three kids while learning a skill that takes years to master wasn’t easy. There were days I felt overwhelmed, doubted myself, and even thought about giving up.

But every challenge reminded me why I started. I kept showing up, continued learning, and trusted that hard work would pay off. Looking back, I’m so thankful I didn’t quit.

Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
I specialize in bridal hair and makeup, creating timeless, elegant looks that help my clients feel like the most confident version of themselves\. Every person who sits in my chair is different, so I take the time to truly listen to their vision and customize each look to fit their features, style, and personality\. My goal is always for my clients to still feel like themselves—just elevated and confident\.

What I believe sets me apart is the experience I create\. Over the past 16 years, I’ve learned that my job is about so much more than hair and makeup\. On a wedding day especially, I’m there to help keep the morning calm, organized, and enjoyable\. I want my brides and clients to feel relaxed, cared for, and excited as they get ready for one of the biggest moments of their lives\.

I also believe that continuing to learn and grow is what keeps me passionate about this industry\. Trends change, techniques evolve, and I’m always investing in my education so I can offer my clients the very best\. At the end of the day, the greatest compliment I can receive isn’t just that someone loved their hair or makeup—it’s that they felt beautiful, confident, and completely themselves\.

Who else deserves credit in your story?
My journey started long before I ever picked up a makeup brush or curling iron. I had a hard childhood, but one of the greatest gifts my parents gave me was an incredible work ethic. They both came from even more challenging backgrounds, yet they worked tirelessly to give my siblings and me the best life they could. Watching them persevere through hardship taught me resilience, independence, and that success comes from showing up and working hard, even when life isn’t easy.

My children have been my greatest motivation every step of the way. I became a mom at a young age, and in many ways, we’ve grown up together. They are my biggest purpose, my greatest accomplishment, and truly my best friends. Everything I’ve built has been with them in mind, and they continue to inspire me to keep growing both personally and professionally.
