Today we’d like to introduce you to Dr. Natalia Wiechowski.
Hi Dr. Natalia, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I built an international thought leadership brand, became one of LinkedIn’s best-known creators, published books and helped thousands of entrepreneurs grow their businesses. By many standards, I had achieved what I had worked for.
But after doubling my company’s revenue, I realized that success, money and recognition didn’t give me what I thought they would. They didn’t make me feel truly seen, deeply loved or as though I had finally arrived. I couldn’t have articulated that at the time, but looking back, it became the beginning of a much deeper journey. That realization led me into my second sabbatical and fundamentally changed the questions I was asking.
Over the past few years, my work has evolved from helping entrepreneurs build successful brands on LinkedIn to helping them become the leader their next chapter requires. Today, I guide high-achievers in recognizing when yesterday’s answers no longer serve today’s challenges, so they can lead with greater authenticity, clarity and wholeness. I believe sustainable success is built by becoming more (of) yourself.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
The greatest challenge was finding the courage to outgrow an identity that had once been the very reason for my success.
For years, I measured myself through achievement, discipline and performance. Those qualities built an incredible life and business, but every stage of growth asks something different of us. Around that time, a close friend and mentor invited me to explore what true femininity meant. My first reaction was resistance. I noticed how deeply I was triggered by women who embodied ease, softness and sensuality. Instead of dismissing it, I became curious. That curiosity opened a door I hadn’t known existed.
What followed was much more than just another mindset shift. It was a complete transformation in how I relate to myself and the world. I learned to regulate my nervous system, experience emotions I had spent years suppressing, and question beliefs I hadn’t realized were shaping my decisions. It changed how I lead, love, speak, dream and run my business.
Today, I can see that the hardest part was trusting that who I was becoming could take me further than who I had been.
Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
My work sits at the intersection of strategy, philosophy and human development. I help successful entrepreneurs recognize when the rules that created their success are no longer the ones that will create their future.
Clients usually come to me because something no longer feels the way it used to. Decisions have become more complex, growth feels heavier, or success no longer no longer delivers what they expected. Together, we uncover the invisible patterns shaping their leadership, question assumptions that no longer serve them and strengthen the judgment and leadership capacity their next chapter requires.
I primarily work with ambitious people through private mentoring – both online and in person – as well as intimate group experiences for women. Depending on what someone needs, my role shifts naturally between mentor, strategist, advisor and, at times, a guide for deeper inner work. My approach combines evidence-based thinking with embodiment, drawing from more than a decade of entrepreneurial experience alongside sociology, meditation and contemplative practices.
What sets me apart is that everything I teach has first transformed my own life. I don’t share ideas because they sound compelling; I share what I’ve tested, questioned and lived. I’m known for asking the questions others don’t ask, seeing patterns others overlook and helping leaders discover a different way of thinking, working and being. Clients often tell me they leave with a new perspective on themselves, their business and what’s truly required for their next stage of growth.
So, before we go, how can our readers or others connect or collaborate with you? How can they support you?
If my perspective resonates with you, I’d love to continue the conversation.
I work with a small number of entrepreneurs through private mentoring, both online and in person, supporting them as they navigate the leadership challenges that come with their next stage of growth. Beyond client work, I enjoy contributing to podcasts, interviews, articles, book collaborations and thoughtful conversations about business, leadership, growth and what it truly means to build a successful and enriching life.
I’m especially drawn to collaborations that value depth over quick answers, curiosity over perfection and meaningful dialogue over chasing clicks. If that sounds like the kind of conversation you’d enjoy, I’d be delighted to hear from you.
And if something I’ve shared – a post, video or article – made you pause, reflect or see something differently, the greatest support you can offer is to share it with someone who might need it, too. Thank you.
