Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
My parents passed in 2020 and 2021 and it sparked a desire in me to learn more about my ancestors and how to connect to my spirituality. I went to get a massage from a woman I came across on ClassPass and we ended up chatting and she shared a bit about an ancestral apprenticeship she runs. That sparked my journey with spirituality and is how I became introduced to reiki and sound medicine. I picked up tarot a few years ago and started marrying it with sound and energy healing. Separately, as someone with many intersecting identities, mixed race, immigrant, woman, queer, first generation college graduate etc.. I have learn to become passionate about self love, self acceptance and self regulation. Pairing self love with spirituality has been a big part of my journey with The Love Bridge. April 2026 I got laid off from my corporate job and June 2026 I decided to answer the call to help support the healing of other women, queer, trans, black and brown people. I am currently in a ICF approved Holistic Coaching Training program and have been helping folks all over the country navigate identity work, relationship issues, life transitions through pairing coaching with healing modalities.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Not smooth 🙂 but divinely guided and supported. Being a social media manager, marketing strategist, web designer, event coordinator on top of being a service provider is no easy feat. The biggest struggle so far has been in expanding my reach to attract consistent clientele in an organic way without “selling” healing.

The Love Bridge (TLB) is a holistic healing practice based in Denver, founded to help people come home to themselves. We specialize in supporting those who are feeling lost, grieving, navigating relationship challenges, or exploring their identity, and we do that through a multimodal approach that combines Kundalini Reiki, sound healing, intuitive tarot, and self love and relationship coaching.

What matters most to you?
Creating a space where my clients can experience the luxury of calm, safety and rest in their bodies. For some of my clients, my room is the only place there they have been able to achieve that. Healing occurs in a calm nervous system, so it is critical to my mission to foster an environment where my clients feel safe enough to achieve rest.
