Meet Jenna Frederick

Today we’d like to introduce you to Jenna Frederick.

Hi Jenna, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
I have been a freelancer and content creator for the past 4 years. I have always wanted the ability to work for myself as well as promote a message that I truly believe in, and this lifestyle has given me that opportunity.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
When your work mostly lies in social media, and you’re exposing yourself to millions of people, there is going to be a lot of criticism. Not only criticism from strangers, but a lot of people in my real life will see my work and say it’s a waste of time or I’m trying to be something that I am not.

This has definitely been a learning curve through this work in my confidence and perseverance. It took me a very long time to try to block out the negative opinions from people, and I occasionally still struggle. With that being said, I believe this has led to growth in both my career and who I am as a person.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
I have a wide variety of creative work that I partake in. Lately, I have been trying to capture the diverse things in my real-life moments and turn them into something unique and beautiful through a multitude of mediums. My favorite project that I am currently working on is the launch of the Traveling Ghost clothing company.

I have collaborated with clothing companies in the past but nothing nearly as hands-on as this experience. I have yet to work with a company as creative and passionate as the people at The Traveling Ghost and am very excited for their launch and my future work with this brand.

Alright so before we go can you talk to us a bit about how people can work with you, collaborate with you or support you?
The biggest way for people to support my endeavors is just by showing up. It is a great privilege of mine to be able to share my artwork and I’ll I could hope that some people truly enjoy it.
