Today we’d like to introduce you to Haley Lafferty.
Hi Haley, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
My name is Haley Lafferty and I am the co-owner of All in Bloom Therapy. All in Bloom Therapy is a trauma informed therapy practice. I am a licensed clinical social worker and see individuals, couples, groups, and host informative workshops.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Creating a business can definitely be nerve wrecking! Over a year ago, I made the leap, and All in Bloom became my full time job. This was rewarding and exciting, however, I also experienced anxiety as I faced these changes. I am incredibly grateful to have a co- owner that knows me well and consistently “shows up” when these fears arise. Creating a business with someone you respect and admire is incredibly rewarding.

All in Bloom Therapy (AIB) is a holistic, therapy practice located in Colorado. The idea of AIB originated when myself and the co- owner, Dr. Sligar, met when we were just 16 years old. We both shared aspirations of creating a safe, therapeutic space for others. AIB is unique because it has deep, steady roots. The co- owner and I share many years of collaboration, growth, and dreams associated with our practice. All in Bloom therapy is not just our job, it’s truly part of who we are.
All in Bloom sees individuals, couples, groups, and host informative workshops. AIB strives to increase access to mental health services for all those who seek it. As a therapist that is part of the LGBTQ+ community, working with those in the queer community, is of great importance. AIB is a trauma informed practice that meets you exactly where you are at, without judgment.
Can you share something surprising about yourself?
All in Bloom Therapy is looking to expand! We are excited to add clinical therapists to our team. AIB is a company that seeks to increase community both for our clients and within our company.
