Today we’d like to introduce you to Caitlin Mollner
Hi Caitlin, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
I grew up in Basalt, just outside of Aspen, immersed in the real estate world. My father was involved in property management and development, while my mother owned a mortgage company. This background provided me with a deep understanding of the industry from an early age. I began my career as a loan officer assistant at my mother’s company and obtained my real estate license in 2013.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
There were undoubtedly many obstacles and challenges along the way. Building a solid client base was somewhat difficult. Having modeled in Denver for years and continuing to do so in the early stages of my real estate career, my first challenge was getting people to see me as a Realtor rather than a model. Additionally, finding the right brokerage that suited my needs and learning to handle rejection were also significant hurdles.
We’ve been impressed with The Ivy Collective , but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
I have been a Realtor for 10 years. In 2019, the team I was part of transitioned to Compass, and I have been there ever since, loving every moment. Two years ago, I founded a team within Compass with three colleagues, and we are now known as The Ivy Collective. Our team has grown to six talented women.
The Ivy Collective, founded by four women with a shared mission to elevate the client experience, aims to help everyone find their place in the world. With over 25 years of combined experience, we represent clients across the Denver Metro area and the mountain regions, navigating one of the most competitive markets.
