What did you believe about yourself as a child that you no longer believe?

I believe that we all have ‘crappy core beliefs’ and those have run our lives since a young age. My personal ones I have located thus far are ‘I’m not worth knowing’ ‘I’m not worth sticking around or fighting for’ and ‘I’m only worthy of love if I’m valuable. Read more>>

I am adopted and I spent decades of my life with a subconscious belief that I wasn’t wanted, worthy or deserving, despite having a wonderful and loving adoptive family. This subconscious belief shaped so much of my life before I recognized this under current. Through energy work, affirmations and hypnosis, I have set that belief system aside. Read more>>
