Today we’d like to introduce you to Christie Los.
Hi Christie, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I started my solo career in digital marketing by helping small businesses make sense of their online presence. What began as freelance work quickly turned into something bigger as more business owners reached out for help with websites, branding, SEO, and systems that actually made their day-to-day work easier.
Over time, I built It’s Electra Digital to focus on practical, transparent marketing support for small businesses, especially those that felt overwhelmed by technology or burned by one-size-fits-all solutions. I work closely with each client to understand their goals, clean up what is not working, and build systems that are sustainable and realistic for where they are now.
Today, I support local businesses and entrepreneurs through web design, SEO, branding, and virtual assistant services, with a strong focus on education, organization, and long term growth. My goal has always been to make marketing feel less intimidating and more empowering, so business owners can focus on what they do best.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
It definitely has not been a smooth road. One of the biggest challenges early on was learning how to scale without burning out. As demand grew, I had to figure out how to set boundaries, price my work sustainably, and build systems that allowed me to deliver quality without doing everything myself.
Another challenge was navigating clients who had come from past negative experiences with marketing. A significant amount of time was spent rebuilding trust, setting realistic expectations, and emphasizing that achieving real results requires time and consistency. That pushed me to become more education-focused and transparent in how I work.
I have also faced the challenge of building a business while still actively serving clients, which means constantly balancing growth, operations, and client care at the same time. While challenging, those obstacles shaped how I run my business today and helped me build a more intentional, sustainable model.
We’ve been impressed with It’s Electra Digital, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
It’s Electra Digital is a Colorado Springs based digital marketing and support agency built for small businesses that want clarity, not chaos. I specialize in website design, SEO focused content, branding, and virtual assistant support, with a strong emphasis on systems and organization behind the scenes.
What sets my business apart is that I do not believe in one-size-fits-all marketing. Every client has different goals, capacity, and resources, and my job is to meet them where they are. I am known for being transparent, practical, and education-focused. I explain the why behind what we are doing so business owners feel confident and informed instead of overwhelmed.
I am especially proud of the trust I have built with my clients and the community-centered approach behind my brand. I work primarily with local and service-based businesses, and I care deeply about helping them build something sustainable instead of chasing trends. My offerings are designed to grow with clients, whether they need a strong foundation, ongoing support, or help cleaning up systems that have become too complicated.
I want readers to know that It’s Electra Digital is not about flashy promises or shortcuts. It is about thoughtful strategy, clear communication, and building online systems that actually support real people running real businesses.
What would you say have been one of the most important lessons you’ve learned?
The most important lesson I have learned is that growth does not come from doing more; it comes from doing what actually matters. Early on, I thought success meant saying yes to everything and pushing through burnout. Over time, I learned that clear boundaries, honest communication, and intentional systems create far better results for both my clients and myself.
I have also learned that education and trust are more valuable than quick wins. When clients understand what is happening and why, the work becomes a partnership instead of a transaction. That lesson shaped my business into what it is today and continues to guide how I build, scale, and serve.
