A charismatic licensed clinical social worker and psychotherapist, certified clinical anxiety treatment professional, intuitive coach & holistic healer, and recovering MBA, I empower individuals to transform their lives, mind, body and soul. A trusted thought leader in the self-help space, I am a professional speaker, video producer, and Amazon International #1 Bestselling Author who is defined by love and authenticity. I ranked in the top 1% of social media influencers, and have been featured by PopSugar, Forbes, and Fast Company, among other media outlets.
With a dynamic background as a Certified Public Accountant and college professor, I transformed my own life first, and know first-hand what it takes to abandon your old story and instead live your best life. My private psychotherapy practice is based in Colorado, and I offer empowerment consultations to clients around the world. I was also entrusted to manage Boulder Valley School District’s Substance Abuse Prevention Program.

Due to a strong left-right brain balance, and foundation in both traditional psychotherapy and holistic/intuitive healing, I reach people from all walks of life. With a mastery in numerology and astrology, I can communicate with the psychic and spirit world and download guidance. I am renowned for my ability to discover a powerful and positive upside to even life’s darkest tragedies and empower others to use their pain to change their lives, just as I have.
Has it been a smooth road?
It has certainly not been a smooth road! It’s like a long version of giving birth naturally – better not to know what you’re in for!
Being an entrepreneur, and especially blazing a new path that has not been paved previously, absolutely requires an unwavering passion and devotion. Without such a strong connection to my purpose, the obstacles would have surely beat me down.
Struggles have included making a career change and going back to school for a second master’s degree in my 30s as a single mom of a toddler, daring to be different when others wanted me to conform, getting swindled, spending my life savings and going into debt, working difficult side hustles to support myself and my family, criticism and rejection, constant rebranding, hiring and firing, sexual harassment, loneliness, and burnout.
I’ve come back from it all stronger and more powerful than ever, and as my coach says, “there are no failures, just people who quit too soon!” Getting through the hard times brought me to the successes I’m achieving now!

I specialize in personal empowerment and human potential. My passion is being on stage and camera uplifting others and teaching them how to change, in a way that is fun and entertaining.
My company has produced over 500 videos, two books, many live speaking events, numerous articles and interviews in the media, and is currently in the process of creating a show. I additionally run a full-time private psychotherapy practice.
My psychotherapeutic clinical specialties are attachment theory & patterns of human relationships, and clinical anxiety treatment. I also have certifications in holistic healing, intuitive coaching, and the law of attraction.
As a former CPA and MBA, I consider myself a specialist at achieving goals and practical results, which I use to help people change their lives.
What I am most proud of as a company and brand are the thousands of lives I have improved and helped to transform.
What sets me apart from others is my strong left-right brain balance in that I combine psychic clairvoyance with clinical research; fun & entertainment with in-depth knowledge of human psychology; creativity with results-driven action; and heart with intellect.
Is our city a good place to do what you do?
We are fortunate to live in a time when we no longer need to be in a particular location to have a big impact in the media. The internet has made my work possible and allowed me to remain in my native state of Colorado.
My private practice is not location-dependent, and I enjoy living in one of the most educated, health-conscious, beautiful, and innovative cities in the country, named America’s “Happiest” City by National Geographic.
I would recommend someone starting out to live here if it suits them, but what’s most important is to live according to your personal truth in a place that feels right to you.
