Meet Sanja Ganja

Today we’d like to introduce you to Sanja Ganja.

Thanks for sharing your story with us Sanja Ganja. So, let’s start at the beginning and we can move on from there.
I started in the industry as a receptionist, before the rules changed that you had to be 21 to get a badge at Kindman dispensary.

Years later, I was scouted out by Denver dispensary to become the general manager where I learned every angle of being in the cannabis industry and trained teams of budtenders who have since become great general managers or entrepreneurs in our field. I wanted to learn more and decided to join forces with a cannabis packaging company where I became the director of operations and worked with high profile celebrities to execute their products and create new marketing strategies. We decided we were capable of more and invented a replenishment system program in your POS for restocking packaging needs. This opened so many doors for me that I ventured into cannabis stocks in Canada where I now sit on the board of directors for Unified Green, a company that specializes in acquisitions and capitalizing on merged companies.

I was then offered a position as director of sales and marketing for one of the largest cannabis companies in Oregon. I was asked to relocate along with two of my good friends to operate and set up this company for success. After accepting and completing such a massive project, my friends and I decided to start our own consulting firm to help take all businesses to the next level. I have also co-operated the THC Girls alongside owner Krysta Jones for the past few years. The THC GIRLS has had great success and I highlight them on my show every chance possible.

During these last ten years in cannabis, I have always had my show to showcase these amazing moments in my career, The Sanja Ganja Show. We originally aired on facebook with over 100k views in 2016. Since then I have gained investments and a new production team. The Sanja Ganja Show aires on Hightimes TV, Youtube, Weedmaps, Spotify and Itunes! My show is a unique formula of music, cannabis, education, art, and comedy! Every month I chat with influencialt people in cannabis with a musical guest for entertainment. On the show, we discuss trending topics within the industry, sometimes controversial but always educational. I have now expanded and reside in Texas where I film the show full time and work for THC girls and consult on many cannabis and hemp projects. My dream has always been to educate the masses about the power of the plant, ending the negative stigma of us medicators. I am hoping to do this through my show with the help of our THC GIRLS. We have worked so hard in the industry and we have come so far. It’s been a revolution to the soul, Viva la PLANT! And remember to Stay high America!

Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Being in this industry, you quickly realize, it’s always going to be a bumpy ride. We’re pioneers and When I began my journey in cannabis there were no true regulations which was problematic for owners but managers as well. So I have seen the birth, progression and evolution of marijuana. Every new regulation that came, I had to implement. All the training, the upset patients, your hardworking employees or your careless owners. From all aspects, there have been challenges. It has only gotten easier over the years but now as a business owner, I have a new set of bumps. You must be prepared for it all, always, just as you do growing certain strains in certain situations.

Please tell us more about your work. What do you guys do? What do you specialize in? What sets you apart from competition?
The Sanja Ganja Show is unique to all viewers because it unites all cultures through the education of the plant.

We advertise our many services from A.S.K. consulting and THC GIRLS on the show giving us a unique perspective from business to business to consumers’ products.

The THC Girls is an innovative new way to creatively market your business. We have so much to offer no matter what your goal is. Our team doesn’t only work hard, entertain, and educate but we have the years of experience to back it. Our APP is coming out soon!

Do you look back particularly fondly on any memories from childhood?
As a child, I was always more curious than most. Constantly questioning adults about the facts of life and the world! My favorite memory is playing in the deep woods with my kid sister, playing imagination as we would call it. We would act out all scenarios as pirates, teachers, the president, a monster, all in the magical woods. We could be as loud as we desired and all of my curiosity would be at ease while out in nature!
