Meet Trailblazer Lily Walters

Today we’d like to introduce you to Lily Walters.

Lily, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
I’ve always been very into clothes, fashion, and expressing myself through what I’m wearing and one day, I decided to start an Instagram. I wanted to share how I style things as well as style tips and tricks and everyday life aspects as well.

Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
I can say it’s been a fairly smooth road, I’m still very much so at the beginning of my journey but consistency is key. You have to make sure you are posting things you’re proud of and posting them often. I have struggled with daily posting around the holidays. I’m trying to stay present with my friends and family and because of that, I haven’t been creating content.

We’d love to hear more about your work and what you are currently focused on. What else should we know?
I like to think of myself as your friend in fashion. I’m just a girl who has a shopping problem who loves to take pictures of clothes in her apartment. I want to be that relatable person who you feel you can reach out to with questions about anything.

Which women have inspired you in your life?
I’m inspired by all women to put it simply. My friends and family for always supporting me and pushing me to do what I want to, and all of the boss babes out there in the world crushing their dreams and fighting for what they are passionate about. I think it’s amazing to be able to see so many other women attaining their goals.
