An Inspired Chat with Angela Levenson of Denver Metro

Angela Levenson shared their story and experiences with us recently and you can find our conversation below.

Hi Angela, thank you so much for taking time out of your busy day to share your story, experiences and insights with our readers. Let’s jump right in with an interesting one: Who are you learning from right now?
Right now, I’m learning the most from my clients. They’re constantly showing me how to evolve my business by listening closely to their needs—what makes them feel the most supported and seen, and how I can continue to serve in deeper, more intentional ways. Their feedback helps shape everything from my service offerings to the systems I create.

On a personal level, they’re also teaching me about family, work-life balance, and the importance of asking for help. I’m reminded daily that it’s okay to not do it all alone—and that creating space, in our homes and in our hearts, is important, powerful work.

Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
I’m Angela Levenson, a professional home organizer and founder of Home Again Organizing—a Denver-based home organization service that helps families find calm in the chaos and bring more “Om” into their home.

We specialize in helping people find calm amongst the clutter, particularly through life transitions– moves, career shifts, welcoming a new baby, body transformations, even sending a child off to school for the first time.

Our process is designed to create intuitive, sustainable systems that support a household’s natural flow, making daily life feel easier and more aligned. Every session begins with a short grounding meditation and visualization exercise so we can create transformation that clients can not only see but feel – from the inside out.

We’re also proud to partner with Resilient Provisions Inc., a local nonprofit that supports single mothers and their children escaping domestic abuse. Donating unwanted items to families in need helps make the often difficult process of letting go feel empowering and meaningful.

Great, so let’s dive into your journey a bit more. Who saw you clearly before you could see yourself?
Jennie Wolff has seen me clearly since the very beginning—before I truly knew who was or had the potential of becoming.

We met when she interviewed me for my first job in marketing. I was transitioning my career from the music industry, where I often felt undervalued, replaceable, and simply “lucky” to have a seat at the table. Jennie came from that world too and made me feel so seen and understood.

Even though I hadn’t previously worked in marketing, she believed in me and took a chance. She knew I could thrive as a content creator before I even believed it myself. Again and again, Jennie gave me opportunities to rise into roles I wasn’t sure I was ready for. And every time, her belief in me gave me the courage to stretch and grow.

During my most recent career transition, Jennie saw my potential as a home organizer, too. She told me she believed in my vision and wanted to support me in building something cool and impactful. She became one of my very first organizing clients—welcoming me into her home, cheering me on through the learning curves, and guiding me as I took my first steps in this new chapter as an entrepreneur.

Not only was she a client, she also has supported me as my business coach—offering inspiration, motivation, ideas, and real-time feedback as someone actually experiencing my process firsthand. Her insight has been invaluable in helping me refine my services and grow with confidence and clarity.

If you could say one kind thing to your younger self, what would it be?
You are enough.

For much of my life, I struggled with feeling like I was “enough”—smart enough, pretty enough, thin enough, successful enough.
I was always reaching for the next achievement, thinking that once I got there, then I’d finally feel worthy.

Over time, I accomplished many of the things I used to dream about: financial stability, a successful career, a loving partner, a home I’m proud of, and even the physical transformation of losing over 40 pounds and keeping it off. But even with all of that, a voice of self-doubt can creep in. What I’ve learned is that feeling “enough” doesn’t come from the outside—it begins within.

External validation can ease anxiety for a moment, but lasting peace comes from recognizing your own worth. I spent too many years comparing myself to others and feeling less than because of it. The real shift happened when I could finally look in the mirror, see my own unique perfection—flaws and all—and truly believe I was already enough, simply because of who I am. No job title, number on a scale, or balance in my bank account can give me that feeling—or take it away.

I think our readers would appreciate hearing more about your values and what you think matters in life and career, etc. So our next question is along those lines. Is the public version of you the real you?
Authenticity is one of my deepest core values—not just in business, but in every part of my life.

I pride myself on being the truest version of myself with everyone I interact with. And as a professional organizer, I tell people, “My hands are literally in your underwear drawer. We’ve got to trust each other for this to work.”

This work requires us to get really close, really quickly. I ask a lot of questions to understand how my clients live, how their homes function, and how to create systems that support their daily rhythm. That kind of vulnerability only works when there’s mutual trust, and that starts with me showing up as my most authentic self. Life is just easier that way—and a lot more fulfilling, too.

Okay, we’ve made it essentially to the end. One last question before you go. Are you tap dancing to work? Have you been that level of excited at any point in your career? If so, please tell us about those days.
I truly feel more excited about my work now than ever before. That excitement comes from the empowerment of running my own business that makes a meaningful, lasting difference in people’s lives.

In my previous roles, it was harder to see the direct impact of my day-to-day tasks. But with organizing, the transformation is immediate and tangible. I can walk into a home that feels chaotic and overwhelming in the morning, and by the end of the day, my team and I have brought clarity, calm, and flow back into that space—and into that family’s life.

The gratitude I receive from my clients is unlike anything I’ve experienced in my career. It’s my “Why” every single day. The fulfillment I feel is real—and yes, has me jumping out of bed and tap dancing to the next home I get the privilege of transforming.
