We recently had the chance to connect with Aviva Sonenreich and have shared our conversation below.
Aviva, we’re thrilled to have you with us today. Before we jump into your intro and the heart of the interview, let’s start with a bit of an ice breaker: Who are you learning from right now?
Right now, I’m learning from Ed Winslow. His concept of “proof stacking” has been a game changer for me — especially in how we approach marketing at the Warehouse Hotline. It’s not just about saying you’re good at what you do. It’s about showing it through testimonials, deal data, social validation, and results. Proof stacking gives your brand undeniable credibility, and in commercial real estate — where trust is everything — it’s helped us stand out and convert faster.
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
I’m Aviva Sonenreich — a third-generation commercial real estate broker based in Denver, Colorado, and the founder of Warehouse Hotline. We specialize in industrial real estate, but what sets us apart is how we leverage the internet and social media to reach more prospects, faster.
Most brokers still rely on cold calls and email blasts — we optimize content, video, and SEO to meet people where they already are: online. Whether it’s helping a business scale into a new warehouse or closing a last-minute 1031 deal, our approach is modern, data-backed, and hyper-efficient.
And it’s working — we’ve built a national following, sold and leased millions of square feet, and continue to grow through relationships, transparency, and smart marketing.
Great, so let’s dive into your journey a bit more. Who taught you the most about work?
My dad, Izzy Sonenreich. He’s been in the commercial real estate business for decades and has always led by example. He taught me that success doesn’t come from cutting corners — it comes from consistency, integrity, and doing right by your clients, even when it’s hard. His approach to building long-term wealth and relationships through industrial real estate laid the foundation for everything I’m doing today.
What’s something you changed your mind about after failing hard?
I used to believe that saying yes to everything was the key to growth. I realized that focus is a superpower. Now, I’m ruthless about prioritizing the right deals, the right partnerships, and the right platforms. Scaling a business isn’t about doing more — it’s about doing the right things with precision.
Alright, so if you are open to it, let’s explore some philosophical questions that touch on your values and worldview. Is the public version of you the real you?
Yes — what you see is what you get. I share deals, lessons, wins, and fails publicly because I believe transparency builds trust. But I also try to show up as a full human — not just as a broker. I’m a mom, a wife, a business owner, and someone who’s passionate about helping others build wealth through real estate. The goal isn’t perfection — it’s authenticity.
Okay, so before we go, let’s tackle one more area. What will you regret not doing?
I’d regret not taking the big swings — the kind of moves that feel scary but stretch you. Whether it’s expanding to new markets, launching new services, or creating content that challenges the status quo, I never want fear to be the reason I stay small. If I look back and played it too safe, that’s what would haunt me most.
