Check Out Amanda Reale’s Story

Today, we’d like to introduce you to Amanda Reale.

Amanda Reale

Hi Amanda, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
The company was started by my mother, Debby Reale in 1996. At its inception, we were a decor business. We brought in items like centerpieces, arches, trees, and carpets, things brides shouldn’t have to buy. We brought them and set them up and came back at the end of the evening to clean them up, making our couple’s day as stress-free as possible.

The fresh flowers became my niche and passion a few years later. The main goal of our company is to not only be a family-based business but also to be a blessing to others. We have been in business for 27 years and have never advertised. All of our business is word-of-mouth and referrals from our past clientele.

Can you talk to us about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way? Looking back, would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
2020 was a huge hurdle! Going from venues that we know and love to people’s basements, backyards, rental properties, and tents.

You name it, that year, we did it! Other than that the road has always been smooth. We change with the trends and adapt and accommodate and just make people’s day as special as we can.

Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
We have a 4000-square-foot warehouse full of different props and rental decor. Items range from centerpieces to vintage furniture. On top of all of the beautiful florals we create, we also have amazing rental pieces.

The fact that we set everything up and come back and clean it all up makes the day completely stress-free for our couples. I’m most proud of working alongside my mother and some of my very best friends. We put love and heart into everything we do and I believe it shows.

Any big plans?
At some point, we are hoping to expand. I would like to make all of my employees full-time employees.

Maybe down the line, there will be a storefront.
