Today we’d like to introduce you to Daniele Pellico.

Daniele, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
“Na Favola” (translated into “a fairytale/a fable” ) was born from the idea of two brothers (Silvio & Daniele Pellico) and their two partners (Rocco Marsiglia and Giulia Del Toro) to bring authentic Italian cuisine in the South Metro Area, served Trattoria style. After many years in the restaurant business in San Francisco, CA with 3 very successful restaurants (Step of Rome Cafe, Steps of Rome Trattoria, E’ Tutto Qua!). we decided to go for a new adventure in a different state and made beautiful Colorado our new home.
“Na Favola” wants to reconnect people and communities through food and ambience and the beauty of being together.
A place where everyone can enjoy a great simple meal and feel at home every time, just like our beloved Sunday’s lunches at Grandma’s house.
Love for people, food and traditions is what drives us to do better everyday. We’re extremely proud to be in the wonderful State of Colorado serving the most amazing people ever.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Construction has been our greatest challenge. Unfortunately our “friend” contractor abandoned the jobs with all the money way before everything was completed. Luckily for us, at opening day, such a great crowd come to support us and shower us with love, we were so happy and now we’re still living the dream.

We are artists of food and human connections.
