Today we’d like to introduce you to Dom.

Hi Dom, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
“Honestly, we opened Reps & Restore because we wanted to create the place we wished existed. A space where you could push yourself in a class and then slow down and take care of your body — all in one place. Most studios were either about intensity or recovery, but we wanted both.

For us, it was also about community. We didn’t just want to build a gym; we wanted to build a space that feels like home — where people walk in and feel seen, supported, and part of something bigger. It started with fitness, but it’s become so much more than that. It’s connection, confidence, and family. That’s what Reps & Restore really stands for.”

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
“Definitely not a smooth road — but I don’t think it’s supposed to be. Starting and running a business like this has been one of the most rewarding and challenging things we’ve ever done. There have been long nights, unexpected hurdles, and a lot of learning along the way.

But honestly, every tough moment has made it worth it. We’ve built something from the ground up that genuinely changes people’s lives — not just physically, but mentally and emotionally too. Seeing the community that’s formed inside these walls makes all the hard days fade away. The growth, the connection, the impact — that’s what keeps us going. It’s been anything but easy, but it’s been absolutely worth it.”

Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?

Can you tell us more about what you were like growing up?
Growing up, David and I (Dom) always dreamed of owning a gym. My wife, Camille, has always had a deep passion for fitness, and Mia developed her love for movement through dance from a young age.
