Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
I started my detailing business during COVID-19, I had an online jewelry business of nearly 10 years that failed when Covid hit.

So my friend and I started detailing cars. We marketed our mobile detailing business on Facebook in groups at first, then we got booked out for 2 months in advance with deposits paid on every appointment set. It Felt great being able to provide for my family again.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Owning a business is like being on a rollercoaster; there’s competition, employees to manage, missing family time for work, etc., but I have a wonderful partner to help me with my household. Running a business is definitely not a smooth road. Like any other endeavor, it comes with its fair share of challenges and obstacles.

Owning and operating a detailing business requires constant adaptation to changes in the industry, managing competition, and ensuring customer satisfaction. One of the challenges we face is staying up-to-date with the latest techniques, products, and trends in the detailing industry. As technology evolves, new tools and equipment are introduced, and we must invest in them to provide the best service to our clients.

Additionally, the competition in the market can be fierce, so we constantly strive to differentiate ourselves by offering exceptional quality, personalized service, and innovative solutions. Managing a team of employees is another challenge. Hiring and training skilled professionals who share our commitment to excellence is crucial. We invest time and effort into creating a positive and supportive work environment to foster a strong team spirit and maintain high standards.

Another aspect that can be challenging is finding a balance between work and personal life. Running a business demands a significant amount of time and dedication, which can sometimes mean sacrificing personal time with family and friends. However, having a supportive partner or team can help in managing responsibilities and finding that balance. Despite the challenges, we view them as opportunities for growth and improvement.

What makes me happy is being able to assist and support people in achieving their goals and solving their problems. Seeing the transformation and satisfaction on someone’s face when they achieve success or overcome a challenge brings me joy.

Additionally, I enjoy learning and exploring new things. Discovering new knowledge, acquiring new skills, and expanding my horizons give me a sense of growth and fulfillment. I find happiness in the process of continuous learning and personal development. Outside of work, I find happiness in spending quality time with my loved ones. Whether it’s going on adventures, taking walks in nature, or simply having meaningful conversations, the connection and love shared with family and friends bring me great joy.

I also have a passion for animals, and spending time with my pets brings me a sense of joy and contentment.
